I had a situation where I needed someone to come to my house and take 2 tires off and RV parked in my sideyard plus a tire off the truck pulling it. Alex Tires came out and brought the new tires, changed them out and we're very efficient. The best part is it took 2 trips to my house and back just before closing and they did it where no one else would. Thank you Alex Tires

Went above and beyond to help me out a few weeks ago. Actually sent someone to pull my blown tire when I was stranded on the side of the road without a spare, took it back to the shop, put a used tire on my rim and drove it back to me so I could then drive to their shop to purchase a new tire. Then stayed open late to get me fixed up! They saved my butt from being stranded in Brooksville overnight! AAA+!!!

Showed up to get a tire fixed and literally nobody was servicing any of the customers who were waiting, including myself. I stood there for nearly 20 minutes. Eventually a couple of guys who seemed like employees showed up in a vehicle, got out with a pack of blunt wraps and walked around to the back of the building without acknowledging anyone. Clearly an unprofessional operation. Wouldn't suggest going there. Jim's tire is a few miles south on the corner of 301 and Lock street and they're top notch.

Thieves. Took my truck to get some tires put on i bought. When I left after probably 2hrs or more my truck was wobbling so I figured they suck a balancing tires. The following week i got a oil change at a different spot and had them balance my tires. He come out and said eather my tires were messed up or the rim was bent. So he took the tires off the rim a spun it on the balance and yup 2 bent rims. Got to looking and there not even the same color close but not the same. They Took my rims off my truck and put there bent ones on. Sad you can't even trust your local tire shop. They just steal from you. Garbage place.

Went to patch a tire and came back with a scraped rim, told them to fix it and they didn’t want to become liable. Half ass tire shop they have. Only reason they have customers is cause it’s in the middle of no where.

Don’t go if you don’t speak Spanish. They charged me an extra $100 when installing tires that I brought to them. Higher prices than the big name tire places in town.

Great service, had a flat, got it patched and I was out in less then 30 minutes. And this was on a Saturday afternoon at 5pm. Would highly recommend.

I was traveling on a Saturday and felt like my tire was going bad so I stopped in. The guy test drove my car and said I had 2 bent CV axles but he wasn't able to fix it until next week. He gave me a quote for $1046. Luckily I was smart enough to get it towed home. All I needed was a rear tire just as I suspected but they were trying to rip me off. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
