I cannot explain the excellent experience that I had at this store. I was having problems with my provider the expertise that I got from not only from Justin but from Dylan was amazing. I can now say that I am an AT&T customer. Thank you Justin & Dylan for helping me. I would recommend this store to anyone that asks.

I originally went to Zephyrhills AT&t where I was told I couldn't be helped I'd have to wait 3 weeks I went to AT&t in Dade City and my issue was fixed within minutes of getting there I recommend going to AT&t in Dade City over Zephyrhills they are so much more helpful thank you Dylan and Justin

Great experience and explanation on helping me fix my devices the other store in zephyrhills gave me a horrible experience and nobody had the knowledge or skills to help me.

The service at this AT&T store is excellent. I have gone here to get information on using AT&T Internet Air and Dylan was very helpful in explaining how the plan worked. On another visit, Dylan transferred my data from my old phone to my new one even though I did not purchase the new phone at this store. The service here goes above and beyond any other cell phone store I have visited before.

Today I went into the At&t store in Dade city and all I can say is what a wonderful experience
Justin and Estefhano were so amazing helping me with new phones, transfered all my contacts,

5 stars are not nearly enough to describe the service I receive today from Dylan this morning! He was so patient, kind, knowledgeable, and very committed to helping me with my purchase. My old phone was barely working, but he did everything he knew to get some of my info transferred. He was able to get contacts for me, which was the most important to me. He was not going to give up! I really appreciated him! He definitely deserves recognition for his service. Thanks again, Dylan!

A month ago I decided I needed to upgrade my phone. At this same time my husband had somehow downloaded an app that took control of his phone. We went into the Dade City store and Dylan and Dustin were extremely helpful in getting me the phone I needed and restored my husband’s phone to working order. They were also very helpful in explaining wifi options for us. I fully recommend this store.
