Terrible return policy where you effectively lose the benefit of a coupon used where it should have been fully applied to the merchandise that wasn't returned! Also, the clerk lied about this and was rude.

I walked into this place looking for a duvet cover and instantly I got greeted by 3 people which was very nice. Then as I went to look for the duvet I had 2 workers help me right away to see if they had them or not. They didn’t but they kindly helped me figure out where to go for me to find one. But the customer service was so great there I felt compelled to leave a review. They had a lot of nice things in the store but what I was looking for is rare to find in most stores. Overall great experience, great staff, great place!
