“For more than a decade, I have used the H&R Block computer program for myself and my family. This year was abnormal from most for me and I needed clarity on one issue I had. I booked an appointment with Mary Jane for a few days after attempting to e-file on my own. This location is not far and shortly after arriving and meeting with her, she told me I had done everything correctly and this is a common occurrence for someone with this issue. She said that this year I wouldn’t be able to e-file and I had to mail it in. It took her no more than 5 minutes to ascertain the issue and reassure me there was nothing negative about the issue.
I would highly recommend this location and the woman who helped me, it also seemed the rest of the women in the office were also kind.”
