Absolute worst pharmacy in existence. Never have medications in stock even simple antibiotics or Omeprazole and then they text you and tell you a prescription is ready to pick up and when you get there they say it will be a couple of hours. Pharmacist thinks he is God and knows better than your doctor who has been treating your condition for years. Flags the medication every month and the patient has to call and explain, leave a voicemail and wait for a callback because their automated system is garbage. I would LOVE to switch pharmacies but my employer requires me to use this one and there are no other locations close to me.

I have been a customer for several years now and I've noticed that the pharmacy department only gets 30 minutes for lunch which I think is insane!! they should have an hour lunch considering the amount of work that they do there!! I appreciate all of their hard work!!!

I am a frequent CVS shopper. They are my preferred pharmacy, and some of the store name brand items are a little bit higher than Walmart. Generally, I buy their item rather than fight the hoard at Walmart. In addition, CVS gives you points for shopping there and you can accrue nice savings. Last week, I got a $12 savings that I used to get a free product. That was awesome!

It's dirty. The carpet is disgusting. The store staff did not acknowledge me during my visit. The pharmacy staff was rude.

When filling prescriptions make sure you plan to be waiting for an hour. Never ever fails at this CVS location. On top of that they always have the worst attitudes.

I just moved to Florida 3 weeks ago. I have been trying to get my husband's diabetes medication filled since then. First it wasn't from a Florida doctor, now they don't take the insurance. So Ive been waiting 5 hours now for the prescriptions to be transferred! I'm trying not to be a jerk but my patience is getting thin.

The pharmacist has her hands full.There was a young tech he was very combative with the older tech.He also was incompetent.The pharmacist has to stop what she was doing to help me which he should have been able to do.We were sent to Zephyrhills what a night and day difference.I would bypass Dade city all together and go to Zephyrhills.
