I just left this store, the lady had about 5 people in line and instead of ringing us out she wanted to talk to another employee about How she just got talked to about mopping the floors correctly, I said mam can you just ring us out please (it's been about 15 minutes at this point) then she proceedes to tell me it's to bad I'm gonna be waiting a while and if I don't like it, I can leave, at this point I lost my temper and put my stuff down so did the other 5 people behind me? this isn't the first time, I know other shoppers who have experienced this in there too and won't ever back, absolutely rediculous!!!

Jerome is the most miserable, disrespectful person I have ever encountered working front line customer service. I don't think I've ever been talked to by an employee the way he did. Retrain or fire!

Lady who works til 5:30 banned my grandmother for not seeing the cash only sign and saying that we were banned also due to my grandmother trying to put her card away and give cash and my grandmother told her not to be so rude and she wouldn’t let us check out. Thanks I’d suggest her attitude be put in check or just fire her. I’ve understood enough to know she has multiple complaints as she is known to have a very foul attitude. She was rude and disrespectful for absolutely no reason.
