Why this is considered an on-site location and not a "drop-off" only site, is beyond me. I was told by an employee, (kind and professional), they did not have any shipping supplies and their label printer was not working. I drove 45 minutes to this location because it was listed as an on-site location in hopes of sending an important item. Please update Google and list as drop-off only
