I took my 2017 Chevrolet Suburban vehicle there for two minor reasons for which JT gave me a confusing, strange estimate with no possibility of a possible delivery date. I asked him for the total value since there was a lot of confusion in it. He did not accept my payment, I only wanted payment for the parts and when I went to do so he inflated it so much that it was almost the same as the total including labor. But he only invoiced the parts I showed him and he tells me when you get the bars you will have to pay much more than this. generated total distrust. I finally took my car out and charged me 235 for the diagnosis. I asked for a copy and he didn't give it to me. then I paid for I'm diagnosed without the right to see it. I felt cheated and I told him and he told me these are our policies. Be careful with this workshop. Ok

Went in this morning with my 2020 Buick Encore which I bought there had a coupon oil change offer that I gave them and also had their ad flyer stating they would honor ALL other dealers coupon and prices , they said NO needless to say I nor any of my many business associates will ever deal with Jim Brown Buick in Dade City Fl. Also called GM in Detroit

The customer service at this car dealership is unacceptable. My husband and I live 2 miles from this dealership and will continue to bring our business to Jerry Ulm due to the disrespect and unprofessional attitudes the staff have. We are both Jeep & Ram customers and love to support local businesses but unfortunately this one is just not worth the time.

I had my vehicle serviced Saturday, 3 Sep 2022 and Tuesday, 6 September my windshield washer fluid alerted it was empty. They did not top off my fluids. Very disappointed.

Ever since Jim Browne sold this place is no longer about customer service or caring. Make an appointment so you don't have to wait on a basic oil change they said... Made an appointment and arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment and they told me it's going to be a two hour wait before we can even get your vehicle in... I purchased this vehicle from this location. The vehicle wasn't cheap either... well in excess of 70k (Jim Browne at the time) because of the great customer service and family atmosphere. However that is not the case with Morgan Chevrolet. Stay clear guys. Terrible...

Had an emissions issue today. I called the shop and they were booked, but said if I didn't mind waiting they would try to work me in. I know how difficult that is and I'm grateful that they were able to get it taken care of today. I hope the bosses realize what a great group of people they have there. Much gratitude! Thank you ?

Beware of this particular location especially if you have something that needs a little bit of extra care. If you have a quick fix, they aren't half bad. However, if you have a consistent issue that needs looking into, they only start off on a positive note.Not only is my car not fixed after being in their shop nearly 10 times but they refused to send a flatbed to come get it despite it clearly being unsafe to drive. This is consistently the same issue and they have gaslighted me, given up, and left my in tears....again. They have also made the female drivers come into the service center to see how we drive the vehicle but never once asked the male in our household who also shares the car, to come in. If you're a female, seek another center.

Make sure you read the fine print when buying a car at this place , I leased a brand new 2013 vehicle after the lease was up I purchased it , now the car has a leak that would normally be covered by the lifetime warranty but because I leased then bought it I don't have a warranty , don't think I will be buying my next car from them

Friendly and courteous at service counter. Pandemic panels still installed, but staff appear to have dropped all pandemic personal safety precautions, which no doubt makes some people happy.
