I must wonder is pilot/flying j trying to save money on their electric bill or are they trying to chase the drivers out of the shower by raising the FRIKIN temperature in the showers. It's ridiculous that I get done showering in minutes I'm wet by sweat. So what i do is get my shorts on and open my door. It's ridiculous, you can't be that clueless to the heat in the bathrooms.

One of the worst customer service ever!!!!
Deli manager refuses to give me what I exactly ask for instead she gave me a Cinnabon cup!!!! Instead, she handed me a cup from the back I felt suspicious about it. I was trying to open the cup and taste one of the Cinnabon bites. Nevertheless, it was stale, but I didn’t complain about it till she accuse me trying to steal the cup while standing online to pay for it, just being niceit got worse when I asked to speak with the store manager she Claim she’s the store manager! I repeated myself five times asking to speak with the store manager , I even asked the staff by the cash register and of course they’re all stand with each other. I asked her to speak with the store manager she pause and she also tried to claim that the Deli manager is the store manager. I was finally able to get to the store manager, coincidentally name, Joe very nice gentleman. He did apologize I will accept his apology. I like the store, but I don’t like the attitude and I don’t like the customer service of it.

This Flying J store was immaculate, every worker welcomed each person walking in, and was super friendly! There are hard workers there who need to be told what a great job they are doing to make this a pleasant experience! You can tell they are properly trained! Thank you!!

Gas was the cheapest around. However, we went inside after working all night. Mens restrooms were closed for cleaning. We also adked about slices of pizza. Lady told us two for $8.50. Expensive yes, but we ordered them anyways. She adked if we wanted them in same container ot separate. We said same one is fine. Got all the way home and she only gave us one, but charged us for two. No excuse. She was not busy and was the only one there.

I've been here twice passing through the area and none of the diesel pumps at the RV spots work properly if at all. Ultimately it cost you $0.10 more a gallon because you can't use your app at the pump. I'm convinced that they leave it this way on purpose to make more money. I will make a note ever to stop here again. And I live in the area.

Cinnabon's products next to the check-out area seem unrepresentative to me (dry and old). They have more boxes beyond the counter, but they refuse to sell them. They told me that the cinnabon next to check out was fresh. The place itself isn't bad, but the staff isn't genuinely interested in providing excellent customer service.

Has many stalls in the men's bathroom and bathroom is well maintained and clean. Ample parking for small cars as well 👍
