The staff is excellent polite ,helpful and knowledgeable unlike the main store full of nasty people who would rather chat with Co workers than work or try to hide their phone when texting but not surprising the blond lady is an absolute C☆☆t

I had a great shopping experience at this Publix. Shelves were stocked, inventory was full, and the lines were short. One of the workers, Freddy, was very attentive to my needs, and helped me get exactly what I needed. He went above and beyond to help us with our holiday shopping needs.

Just want to share my experience: we ordered our childrens spiderman birthday cake 1 month before we needed it to make sure we had no issues. The Friday before I called the store to confirm the order. They told me the Spider-Man mask was unavailable but they would decorate it like Spider-Man. I said ok. The morning of we show up and they have no cake. They said they made the cake the week before and no one picked it up. I said no, I literally called 2 days prior on Friday and they confirmed my order. They agreed to remake the cake and deliver it. This is the cake I got. Nothing on this cake screams Spider-Man. I’m not quite sure what it looks like to be honest. It was definitely a hit at the party as everyone commented on how bad it was. It tasted good, and I appreciate them delivering but I will not be using them again for my cake needs. This is actually pretty surprising as Publix is usually really great. This cake was almost $50 bucks and such a disappointment.

The staff is super nice, but this is the most poorly stocked Publix I have ever been to. They've even stopped asking if I've found everything okay, because they know what the response is going to be. I know it's not a supplier issue because I can find what I need at other Publix stores just a few miles away. No idea what the problem is, but I wish they would figure it out so I can give my neighborhood Publix 5 stars!

What a wonderful visit to this Publix! What a delight to have Chris take my cart and help me unpack and then encourage me to come back. The lady’s at the entrance (taking my bags to recycle and sanitizing the carts) where so friendly! How amazing to find courteous and plentiful staff that work very hard! This is an example of community and hope!

I have always been a Publix fan until today. And to be fair, the store representatives were not impolite, but I had a medication re-filled yesterday and picked it up today. Its a Medicare tier 3 on my drug plan, so I understood that it would count against my deductible. It was $258.21, and the pharmacy rep said I still had $88 left on my deductible. I paid and left then started thinking my deductible was only $435. So I started checking my app history and I paid $98.7
