I have been using them for around 2 years or so and the staff is so kind to me. I have repeatedly experienced the best attitudes and behaviors. Cory, Hank, and Christine, to name a few, have always had a smile on their face as they welcomed me and helped me with my prescriptions and if I had any questions. If I had to call to ask a question, it was always an understandable wait time and then an answer given in a kind tone and knowledgeable confidence. The last thing is if one of my medications were to encounter an issue, they would promptly attempt to fix it, even if a full prescription wasn’t available (due to their inventory or supplier) I was never left without some medication with the assurance the rest would be available when ready and before I would run out. In my opinion, for this area, they are the better pharmacy.

I hope there is a zero star here. On January 10,2025 at 1435.I went to PUBLIX PHARMACY. I got a text that my medications were ready. So I went inside the store and fall in line. Then the staff told me, if I can sit in the waiting area and wait for 5 mins because she needed to put barcode on it. I told her that I just needed the antibiotics and can pick up the rest later, but she insisted I wait. More than 5 minutes past and nobody called me in the waiting area so I asked the lady again if its ready. This is me down with a fever, cough and cold and weakness and not feeling well at all. Then she told me it was ready but I have to fall in line again WITH AN ATTITUDE. I tried explaining that I was already in line earlier but followed her instruction regardless. When it was my turn, She told me again that 1 prescription was still not available, so I responded its ok I just need to take the antibiotics and would pick up the rest later, then she let me wait again and gave the antibiotics. So I asked her when Can I picked up the rest. She said with a rude face and tone “ you said you only want the antibiotics”!!! Please PUBLIX PHARMACY HIRING MANAGER,
Please hire someone with a professional attitude . It looks like your staff is very miserable and doesn’t want their job. Please put your staff to customer service training. They badly need it.

The staff and pharmacist are rude and uncaring. The pharmacist cut me off and would not let me finish what I was trying to saying cutting me off saying ( mama, mama, mama, mama, mama and when I said sir, sir, sir he/ she threated to hang-up on me.) I never got what I wanted to say out and never got my script filled. During an executive order mind you. I will be switching to a new pharmacy. I do not know who this pharmacist thinks he/she is, their not my doctor who prescribed me my medicine nor is he/she the governor whom put the executive order in place. After I made them aware of the executive order I was then told everyone is getting their medication filled and they do not have enough to fill mine. The pharmacist at 301 and Clinton is a joke and should not be associated with the Publix name.

It appears the people working try to give the best of service, though I have seen they are extremely busy and trying to keep up... I believe they are doing a good job in the most difficult of times... We are all human beings and I thank the workers for trying so hard when dealing with the public (us)...

I have dealt with trying to get a text or phone call when my refill has done. Two years now. My last response I got from the pharmacy tech. Was, a lot of people have been saying that. It’s not like I have one script it’s like 10. Where’s the area mgr. Where is the home office management ???Ready to go to Walgreens

I had a great shopping experience at this Publix. Shelves were stocked, inventory was full, and the lines were short. One of the workers, Freddy, was very attentive to my needs, and helped me get exactly what I needed. He went above and beyond to help us with our holiday shopping needs.

I always have issues here. They either never have it filled yet or can't give it to me because it's too early even though I got doctors approval to have it early and everytime they're RUDE. The one with the caked on clown makeup was being very firm and rude for no reason when I told her I didn't have my I.D and asked if there's another way to get my meds and she was just like NO I need a physical copy.mind you, I'm there for XANAX an anxiety medication and she's being rude and giving me anxiety but can't have my meds. Like thanks so much.

Most days Everyone at this pharmacy is very professional.. Today I had to deal with the most unprofessional Pharmacy tech. this woman comes off as harried, clipped with responses, and condescending. I asked to change my medications from another pharmacy to this store, she even had me look up the number, when asked when I could get existing scripts filled she told me one today and the other tomorrow, they were both filled the same day in June. Not once did she smile even when I told her I appreciate her, I got the distinct feeling i was bothering her. She may be an excellent worker otherwise but this is not someone who should deal with the public. I didn't get her name but she had on tons of makeup.

After calling confused regarding medication pharmacist told us they would assist us when we arrive. Once we got their they said that it wasn’t her job and it was our responsibility to figure it out. Mind you Publix is all about customer service. I later went back to complain to the pharmacist about the attitude received earlier and he honestly seem to not care. I would not recommend this pharmacy to the older community that needs additional assistance. I’ve been in the healthcare field for eight years and you should not treat people like that.
