Came with a friend and was prepared for bear. Met a wonderful fellow named Lucifer and came out with a lot more electronics and not a hit on my budget. Loved the experience!

This is not a “real” Verizon store per Anthony today. He was very rude and basically said that Verizon customer service did not know what they were talking about. Very dismissive, arrogant, and horrible customer service. I hope Verizon corporate takes a long look at their so called partnership with this store

While we are no longer Verizon customers, I was instructed to visit the store by customer service over the phone. After having a ton of trouble trying to solve a problem over the phone, I extremely frustrated with Verizon as a whole.
After visiting the store, Hykeem took it upon himself to call into Verizon’s Corporate line after not being able to fix the problem in store. He represented me as the client with great communication and was patient after being bounced around a few times.
Although we no longer have service with Verizon, I am extremely happy with how Hykeem handled my problem and went the extra mile. Thanks again!

Lisandra the new Verizon store manager, She is the best manager Verizon ever had. She got the job done, she does not play :) from now on this would be my home store. I highly recommend to do business at this store location.

Forgery. Thieves.I was taken advantage of and an employee forged my signatue on a phone contract. Efforts to reach out to Russell Cellular and Verizon were not met with any kind of help or constructive advice.Be warned they are predatory and will pocket your cash then forge your signature on a multi year phone contract. You'll never know unless something goes wrong.Pathetic way to do business. Shame on you
