Forgery. Thieves.I was taken advantage of and an employee forged my signatue on a phone contract. Efforts to reach out to Russell Cellular and Verizon were not met with any kind of help or constructive advice.Be warned they are predatory and will pocket your cash then forge your signature on a multi year phone contract. You'll never know unless something goes wrong.Pathetic way to do business. Shame on you

This negative review is reflective of an employee rather than necessarily the business. I’ve been to the store on two occasions, and the first I left for the condescending nature of the Rep to others, and when it was my turn, it was the same thing. Today, after time had passed, I figured I would give it another try… Everyone is entitled to a bad day… So I stopped in to purchase a new phone, and it was a repeat performance in every respect. Condescending to the old lady who couldn’t get her Wi-Fi to work on her phone, and then my turn. Specifically, constant interruptions, argumentative, and condescending. I just decided at that point to confront it, and I couldn’t even get far before it was a roll of the eyes, Interrupted, and went on and on…. I just decided to leave Once it was finished, and on a positive note, he did tell me to have a blessed day … Those from the south know what that means. I went to another Verizon store To purchase a $1400 phone.

I bought a new iPhone 13 Pro and switched from a different carrier to Verizon. Seth took the time to call the AT&T reps when they wouldn’t transfer my phone number and stayed late to make sure my phone was all set up correctly. He knew exactly what to do with any problems I had. Thank you, Seth!

Greg had great customer service. He was upfront and although I was skeptical about upgrading with a bigger phone bill he assured me it would be close to what he quoted. My bill was not what he said it would be, he made sure it was corrected and corrected quickly. Thank you!

Happy with these folks. My previous provider was having some serious performance issues and after 6 months of trouble shooting, I got tired and switched over to Verizon. Not only did I get a $300 gift card after porting my old number over, but I also received a $700 credit towards a brand new 128mg iPhone 13 with a trade in. They are always willing to help with any situation and provide a reasonable solution to your needs. They have also helped my parents with their phone issues in the past as well. Can’t ask for more!

Greg was so helpful and knowledgeable. My phone had a broken camera lens - freak accident - and he informed me of all my options. He was not pushy or trying to make a sale - just wanted to help me decide what was best for my situation. Then he explained things so i could understand and was quite personable. I was in the store last May and had a similar experience. Very good customer service at this location. Thank you!

I lost my phone at the Dade City boat ramp yesterday but didn't discover that until I was home in Polk City. So, back to Dade City I drove to look for it. Not finding it, of course, I made my way to the closest Verizon store which was yours. Seven minutes before closing, Seth took the time to set me up with a replacement phone and even found me a plan that makes my monthly payments cheaper. He was polite and professional and not once did he try to hurry me out of the store so he could enjoy what was left of a beautiful day! Exemplary customer service that I would drive back to Dade City for again! Thank you, Seth!
