Tow truck driver lost the key fob to my car during a tow and didn't want to assist me with a resolution to the problem. Especially being that the Driver rolled the window down on the car. So now the car is outside with a window down that I have to pay for another key fob. Would not recommend there tow service!!!

He is very precise when it comes to diagnosing my car problems, and tries his best to get it done the same day... I love Mr Allen, hes a really good guy, and an awesome Mechanic.
