Just moved here and needed a new bed, was on my way to the store to check out some mattresses and parked my car in the designated spot for the store. An angry dwarf looking man comes out and yells at me saying "this is my store you cannot park here". Needless to say I then went over to Mattress firm clearance center who had a very friendly salesman who hooked me up with a great deal.

Me and my husband were looking for a king size mattress. And we found the perfect one for us, and in the best place with the better person you can buy a mattress: David! He gave us the attention that we needed and also offered us a mattress that we are loving (including the price). We found in this place a perfect service, good price and quality. We highly recommend!

1/2 price Mattress took care of me same day. I needed a box springs immediately and they delivered it to my door in no time. Customer service there is far superior to other mattress stores. This will be the only mattress store I use going forward.

We’ve been to several locations and because of such wonderful and honest customer service from Dave at the Dania Beach location, we decided to pull the trigger. The experience was pressure free and Dave was very down-to-earth and happy to help with whatever we needed. 5/5 stars!

Josh Lievens took great care of us here. Friendly, very patient and extremely informative - no pressure ever! After three visits we finally honed in on the bed we wanted and the purchasing process was quick and easy. Delivery by Felipe and Alberto fast and simple , very tidy, no fuss, no muss. I couldn't be more pleased.

Have to say one of the best mattress purchase experience I have had. David was very easy going and not pushy. Prices are great and service was even better. Please beware! I purchased a queen mattress from this business 8 months ago for $375 it began to dip in the middle of the bed and is extremely uncomfortable to the point the mattress and box spring are falling apart. When i called the store to try to resolve my issue knowing i had a warranty on my bed. I was told by David that because i don't have my yellow paper receipt it is store policy that he cannot do anything for me at all. Even though i have a rental application with the store address and signature on the paperwork. It is almost 2020 no one saves papers of that size and it is beyond me why this place wouldn't have electronic receipt. Now because i was unable to locate this tiny little paper receipt i am out of a bed and out almost 400 dollars. Thank you for your inconsiderate and waste of time!!!
