Worst gas station ever!!! Gave a sap story on how the bathroom isn’t working and then proceeds on asking if I don’t speak English. How rude and racist they are looking at me as an Asian person asking if I don’t speak English understanding them

today inwent into this particular location for a cup of ice so I didn't have the funds to get it so I said I have 873 in points I'll just go ahead and redeem the small coffee and just get ice so I proceed to front cashier I said scan my cup as if it's a coffee because I redeems my points because I dont have the funds to pay for the cup she wasn't listening instead of tryn to scan an item for I store promotion and saying I was going to get the cup for a doller which still didn't make being that I had ice not coffee she then swayed her hand said go ahead your good as I walked out and was getting ready to get into my car the general manager Sam comes out and tells HEY ARE YOU GOING TO PAY FOR THAT I SAID I REDEEM MY COFFEE POINTS FOR THE ICE HE THEN CONTINUES TO SAY YOU ALWAYS COME IN HERE AND STEAL AND JUST WALK OUT WHICH ISNT TRUE I WALKED IN AND SAID I DIDNT STEAL I REDEEEMED MY POINTS HE WALKS UP TO THE CASHIER AND SAYS PRESS THE BUTTON I GUESS TO TOTAL OUT THE ORDER AND I OWED zero for this man to state that I always steal and to curse at me is so unprofessional I've never walked in and stole especially when It comes to ice his employees have been like you good you can go or they would ring me up for my things and don't charge I've never just walked in and walked out ive asked his assistan once when she wasn't there in the afternoon if I can get a cup of ice she allowed me one time for this manager Sam to even yell out that I always come in stealing publicly humiliated me ive never felt so disrespected I've never disrespected Sam in no way at all and I'm will seek legsl advice because you can't go around accusing somebody of doing something that's not true on no level and being that nothing will happen I will make sure that I push this issue further then just a complaint or a review you can't not accuse somebody of doing something if he would have gotten my attention and simply just asked did you pay for that I would of said yes and explained to him that I redeem my points in order to purchase the cup of use that was actually ice I'm so embarrassed even after he seen that I didn't steal after saying to me which a store full of customers you always coming in here and stealing did he offer an apology not once I will be seeking legal action this is defacing my character in the most disrespectful disgusting way he does not lead with no type of professionalism nor does he lead with integrity at all and I will make sure that thid never happens again

On 10.19.24 I was at 7 eleven Dania location 3:12 PM. Employee which name Jonathan refused to give key from restroom. He made always like that. By the way we spent every single day money for car wash and gas. Why they refused to give key to customer you guys management need to investigate. Maybe that why near gas station smell like restroom. Because staff never give key of toilet. Never come back here and don't recommend to someone visit this gas station.

This place is like months old and the pumps are either down or they have no gas. There’s been constant issues since the day they opened.

I used to come everyday here in the morning to fill up on gas and get basically everything i needed for the day NO MORE!!!! The assistant manager of all people was utterly embrassing the way she acted. First of all i bought like 4 drinks and a pack of smokes mind you i have a certified (Emotional Support Animal) so i had to put my dog down because she made no effort to put my items in a bag didnt even ask literally just slammed the bag on the counter. So what option do i have only 1 because i only have one arm and she was shouting at me basically making a big scene out of nothing. I will file a discrimination report against 7-11. Your company needs to teach employees manners and respect. It is so sad i had over 10,000 point so imagine what kind of business this lady just cost you guys.

The comments here say more than what I need to say:
I came to this location. A homeless man approached me and asked me for spare change and I said that I could get him something from inside the store, in which he agreed. (He simply wanted a fountain drink.) I looked for the fountain cups that were posted for a $1 but they weren’t there. I asked a darkskin lady, maybe in her 30s- at a register that had AirPods in her ears if I could get the $1 cups to fill our drinks. She yelled without actually coming over to observe: “Yeah! They’re over there somewhere, you’ll see them.” But it was in a very rude and dismissive manner. She didn’t bother to help after the $1 weren’t there and I ended up having to pay a $1.85 for a cup. I also asked an another gentleman in the store if there were any they stored in the back and he didn’t want to take a look and told me to “settle with what I have.” This location is disturbing to say the least.

Incorrect Gas price reporting done by some fool but at least the ladies at the register were nice. You get a big surprise at the pump. Be careful folks. Showed 3.99, Pulled in 4.21. Been here a couple of times and it seems like it's an ongoing problem. Buyer beware.

Two stupid stealing workers . My door dasher mistakingly sent my pizza here and they ate the order a caused a big scene once we were there . Calling corporate for sure . The guy eating the pizza even bent my license plate

The employee at the counter was very unfriendly, even aggressive. As I went to the store no greeting, she ignored me when I asked for something. Inaceptable actitude.

Been going to this location for months, I leave the gym and head straight there. Usually around 6am I purchase the same 2 items water and gum and im on my way. Today the guy at the register accused me a stealing a hotdog and soda , I guess cuz his boss was there , as I begun to question his accusations he slowly starts to say that he has my license plate and I ask him to please show me a video. 1.50 hotdogs and soda ..comon...you can't make accusations and just try to strike fear in me..it back fired for him. I could of been mature with my appoarch, I wasn't but im done. This place looks nice from outside but it's a dump and has bad customer service. The manager instead of using proper training [ conflict resolution] joined me in a shouting match. ?
It's not even the accusations, it's more why be accused with no proof just here say. And once u read this u have my name and call the police so u can show me stealing a hotdogs. Smh...wow. .
Last time I'll be here. Sorry.
Never in a 1000 year would a thief be so open and open. Cuz I don't steal. Train your employee and ask questions.

It's always something with this place. Long lines to checkout. Order a taco and they mess it up. Today I waited in a long line while one register was open. I walked out without my 3 tacos l. I only had an hour for lunch and I spent 40 minutes in the store. in Texas this place is great and Dania beach it's garbage
