I wish I could give 10 stars, Mrs Barbara is the best. Ive been a customerfor about 13 or 14 years, always pleasant, very knowledgeable about any taxquestions. Accounting and Tax Pros always 100% on point.

I came to Tax Pros from a recommendation from my father, and this review is a warning for any new business owners who would want to use Tax Pros for taxes but time is important. I'm trying to get my taxes caught up with them for over a few weeks now, a period of time stemming from waiting on the IRS to send me redacted income history. Last Wednesday I have an appointment with Cynthia that ran almost an hour late based on something she was going through. We consult based on what I have and I sign a form that allows her to get unredacted information with her code through the IRS. now since these are older reviews I'm knowing that it may take some time, so I ask when it will be ready to be told that it would be on Friday. Today is Wednesday and my documents have still not been filed so I will be picking them up and filing them elsewhere on Friday. If you have a 9-5 and don't mind an extensive waiting period I think they would be ideal for you, but after 6 weeks of time wasting and no follow up, I will be going with a younger firm that has more strict time limits than pay $300 a review for a lack of structure. Also the $300 new business set up fee can be saved by you as long as you are willing to file the incorporation fee yourself ($150). For the quality of work I received I would never recommend anyone to pay the fee, you should do it yourself and have less stress.

Nicole at tax pros has done a wonderful job on my tax returns. she was able to find several errors on previous yrs of taxes filed with a previous company I had for years. thank you for your attention to detail on my behalf!

Searching for a competent and professional tax service is always one of the most stressful experiences. Year ago, I use to find my self going to different ones every year, I was leaving my old tax services for a new location in hopes of finding a knowledgeable tax professional that could assist with all of my tax needs. I've gone through many big box tax services thinking that they would have the most knowledgeable tax preparers to find out that many of these individuals had just graduated from their tax courses. Most of them were working their first tax season as well. After been referred by a friend to Accounting and Tax Pros, Inc. , I thought to give the service a try, since it couldn't be any worse than all the other tax preparers I had used in the past.

DONT NOT USE THIS PLACE TO GET YOUR TAXES DONE!!!! After not receiving our taxes from last year I had to call and find out that my taxes had been sent back to them bc they put the wrong SS # for my daughter. Not only did they mess that up, they never notified us to let us know that my taxes came back. Totally unethical, incompetent, completely unorganized joke of a business.

I have been going to tax pros since 2011. In the 7 years i have done business with them they have been nothing but kind and professional. Ben, Barbara, & Cynthia are highly skilled in their profession and will cover every aspect that needs to be addressed from filing taxes to straight up life advice. They have never steered me wrong and gotten me out of a jam or two. I would never trust my taxes with anyone else.

I love Tax Pros.. Their very friendly, helpful and professional..I usually have Ms.Barbara prepare my taxes and she does an awesome job but I recommend any of the Tax preparer's they know their job
