“I called State Farm today with a few concerns and honestly to cancel my policy. A young lady by the name of Gabriella answer the call and she told me that she was gonna look into everything and see if she can help me and give me a call back before i just canceled my policy. I really wasn’t expecting a call back today, but not only did Gabriella call me back today, She solved all my problems made things even better for me. “Catherine is amazing. I can't speak about her team, as I have only spoken to Catherine herself, but I am quite sure that everyone at her agency is top-notch, like Catherine herself.
I was closing on a new house and struggling to find insurance, Catherine stepped in and was able to get me home insurance and a good auto insurance rate as well, very quickly. “Rocky from this office is worth his weight in gold. I transferred to Allstate after being with Geico my entire adult life - almost 27 years. For whatever reason they jacked up my premium by 2.5 times. This was absolutely unacceptable. I spent many days calling around looking for, not only a cheaper plan, but an agency that I could rely on. I found that in Allstate. From the moment he provided me with a premium quote, Rocky went out of his way to provide the best rate possible. I wasn't very easy on him in demanding that he continually try and try harder to get the premium down. It wasn't long before he finally got it down to a place I was comfortable. I have worked with Rocky for a year now and find him to be very knowledgeable and friendly. He is always willing to provide solutions where I had problems, and add his expert advice when I need it. I recently moved to a different part of Florida. I was very hesitant about updating my address because I thought I would have to switch agents/offices.
