Very poor customer service. You can't get anyone on the phone. I have several clients whom I have referred as tenants. They offer to pay real estate agents a commission. They took 6 months to pay our commission. I have another one that has rented and we at 3 months with commission. The worst part is that I cannot get a hold of anyone. As a Realtor communication is key. This company has very very poor communication.

Great unit, great gym, wonderful management, sweetest concierges, and outstanding maintenance and cleaning team! This bldg has def had its ups and downs, but after living here 3 years I can tell you that since the new management took over, the transformation in the building has been incredible. They’re responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in making the bldg a better place to live. Bldg and amenities are always clean. The parking garage isn’t great, but it’s managed by Dania Pointe and not Avery. Specifically there’s wayyyyy too many speed bumps (a ridiculous amount in such close proximity to one another-takes 3 business days to get in/out of garage) no garbage cans on the levels where the residents park, and the gates are usually broken. With that being said, parking and guest parking is easy, I always get a great spot. Love my apt, very very happy here :) Also location location location!

Walls paper thin Kids screaming Dogs barking poop and urine everywhere halls dirty Hot tub green great location great amenities staff friendly maintenance not so great or available in emergency such as stopped up plumbing flooded toilets minor electrical issues they do not answer during hours or after hours So! I was visiting Dania Pointe the 120 building The place is Beautiful all amenities you could want and it is very pet friendly Everyone has a dog Therein lies the problem The smell of dog urine is in every corner of the building inside and out I was walking into lobby and what do I See Dog poop in the lobby The carpet in the halls are filthy looking and have a strong musty odor I have been in many nice buildings and you would think it would smell great and the hot tub has been down for a week

I moved to The Avery at Dania Point a year ago. I absolutely love living here. The location is perfect. Everything you could possibly need are steps away. From stores, cafe, restaurants, movie theater , food market etc.
My experience living at The Avery from the time I applied and signed, Rafael was absolutely incredible and helpful throughout the process. Lorena and Brandon are so kind and helpful, and in my opinion do a wonderful job keeping the standards high.
The concierge always greet you, you always see the maintenance team working hard but always stop to say hello. The Avery has such a great Team of hard workers and it does not go unnoticed.
I couldn't ask for a better place to call my home.

This is a fantastic apartment community to live in! I highly recommend! The pool is always clean and has fantastic amenities, plus the location is within walking distance to the the whole Dania Pointe Mall (stores, eateries, cinema, bowling, etc)

Absolutely the worse building to live in. You would think how much money we pay for rent, they would treat us better. The people in the front office DO NOT CARE. I can call the phone 20 times before coming to the building. No answer, only for them to be sitting right in the office hearing the phone ring. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything. If something breaks, you’re most likely responsible for the cost. Although residents don’t own the building. The people in the front office are literally the worse. They give you attitude. They don’t answer the phone. Takes 3 months for move in process. If I could give this building zero stars, I would.

Living at Avery at Dania Pointe has been a great experience. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-designed, with all the amenities you could want—like a clean pool and a well-equipped gym.
-The management team here is top-notch. They’re always friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any issues I’ve had have been quickly addressed, which really makes a difference.
-The location is another big plus. Having Dania Pointe’s shops and restaurants right next door is so convenient, and it’s just a short drive to the beach and major highways.Overall, Avery at Dania Pointe is a fantastic place to call home, and I’d highly recommend it

I’ve been living here for the past 17 months now and I’ve had a mostly positive experience overall. This property has had many problems in the past that come with “apartment living” but the current staff does an excellent job in trying to improve the community for the better. The real MVP award goes to the Assistant Manager, Brandon Rivera. He’s very understanding and tries his best to ensure that the needs of residents are met (within reason). If you’re considering moving here I would suggest to come check it out. Thank you office staff!!

I'm excited to be staying another year here, thanks to the positive changes in both the staff and the building! The community really needed some regulations, and Lorena and Brandon have done an excellent job in implementing them. The improvements have made a significant difference, and I'm looking forward to another great year here. Thanks to the dedicated team for making this a wonderful place to live!

RENTER BEWARE!
It started when we moved in and didn’t have a working A/C unit for 2 whole weeks (in the middle of summer). Among many other concerns, since we moved out SEVEN weeks ago we are still waiting for our deposit back. We were also charged double rent our last month which is supposed to be included in the same check as our deposit. We have sent several emails to management with no response. We have called dozens of times (half the time they don’t answer) when they do answer they give us different excuses every time and no answers as to where our money is. We were promised our check within 30 days of move out (which should’ve been 3 weeks ago). I would be very cautious with this place as they are very difficult to deal with and hardly answer the phone. I wish we have listened to the tenant that warned us before we signed our lease.

Joey was so helpful in my moving experience. He definitely made me feel comfortable and knew all of the features and amenities in the complex.
I appreciate him being the person to look for to ease this process. 5 stars for Joey!
