I've not stayed at a Sheraton previously. The room was spacious and comfortable. I had the grilled chicken sandwich & fries from the bar/restaurant for dinner. I passed on eating the breakfast, due to the cost. The stuff that was offered for breakfast has been free at other hotels I've stayed at.

Great food and great staff! The location is good if you are going/coming from either a cruise or the airport.
We arrived at the Four Points early, having just left our cruise. Our hope was that we could drop our bags off and check in later for the room. To our surprise, once they looked us up they let us check in much earlier because they had an available room. They were so nice at the front desk. They made us feel very welcome.
During the evening, a couple of us wanted to have a drink or two and something to eat at the bar/restaurant at the Four Points. Kenny did not disappoint. He recommended a great bear on tap and made sure another round was available as soon as he could tell our drinks were getting low. He was the only front person working that night. He was polite, friendly and knew how to take care of the people staying there. Even after a couple guests got a little unruly, he was back to taking care of everyone. He even apologized to everyone for having to hear the guests who tried causing a scene.
No, this hotel is not a 5 star resort, but the location is great, the rooms are nice sized and clean. Again, the staff were welcoming and warm. There are a few things in the rooms that could use some updating and some work, but they didn't affect the stay or usability of the room.
If you're staying, go get a drink. And if Kenny is working, tell him Chris and Cory sent ya. Oh, and the loaded fries are amazing!!

Room had a window stuck slightly open over a loud freeway, otherwise it was pretty decent.

We booked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport; free Transportation from the airport to the hotel, free breakfast and transportation to the Cruise port the next morning. After waiting a half hour for the free shuttle to arrive we were dropped off at a different hotel with the same name. We contacted the correct hotel and we were told to go back to the airport and get the shuttle back to the right Hotel, we opted to pay a lift and skip the extra hour of wasted time. The hotel front desk staff was not going to reimburse our lift fare, nor give us free shuttle to the port. It is my belief that the hotel staff is not schooled in hospitality. I would not recommend Sheraton Four points hotel. The rooms and conditions were run down.
Rooms: Stains on the carpet. Shower amenities lacking.
Walkability: Next to the I-95 freeway and in an almost Industrial Park, not friendly for strolling!
Food and drinks: They have a pantry there that sells small amenities and a small bar and breakfast area

Don’t recommend. Service was terrible. Rooms were stuffy. We were with a group of 8 and all got food vouchers for breakfast except us, said it wasn’t on our reservation but we booked as a group. When I went to explain they did not care nor did they try to make it better. I don’t care if I’m reimbursed but the customer service was below average. Recommend having a host stand for breakfast, a quicker checkin process if you expect to be busy, have more than one bartender for a full bar area….Luis the bartend was the only part of the hotel that was worthwhile. It’s clear when a business is operating just for money and not to provide a good customer experience. I will not return here or book with another Sheraton.
Rooms: Stuffy.
Nearby activities: Nothing really nearby
Safety: Not safe at night
Food and drinks: Good luck
Noteworthy details: Terrible experience

The check in staff were great! Kenny, at the bar, was VERY attentive and friendly. He was very busy but everyone was attended to. Thank you

Decent hotel bad location. But my main complaint is that all these hotels find it necessary to charge for parking at normal locations, not close to theme parks or anything. They should just lie to you and hide it in the room rate.

Never have I stayed at such a sad & dated Marriot Property before. I wish I had read/ Checked the reviews before booking.
The rooms smell musty, old, smokey. The AC is not very efficient. More noisy & didn't cool very well. Mattress was horrible. Woke up with a backache. Pillows are small & shapeless.
I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you want to dated & smelly room with a horrible mattress.

Nice hotel! Very clean and modern! Staff was friendly on checking. The only thing I was disappointed about and want promise people is the earliest shuttle is 6AM!!!! So if you have a flight very early like I had be prepared to take an uber. Honestly though the location is close to airport so the uber wasn’t too expensive, just disappointed since I booked this place specifically for the shuttle. Other than that 5 stars!!
Rooms: Clean and modern rooms.
Safety: Seemed very safe right off the main road.

Noisy beside the I95, dirty carpets in the room, TV white screen cannot shut off making sleep difficult, & hairdryer not working properly.....& expensive for all of that. Restaurant staffed by 1 bartender, 1 cook meaning it took an hour's wait to get a meal.

I did enjoy staying here more than one stays however, I notice my last stay experience have been changed compare as before due there is a new management team and I think the new general manager seem a nice man however I hope he needs to work on hiring better friendly professionals front desk team due I have had seen some of front desk agents are not really friendly professionals at all. I know the engineer is a great man. The upgraded room look nice however I noticed the facial tissues package were out so I did report to the front desk team about it. I also notice the business center printer is still not working so I have to send email to the front desk team for them print out documents for me. The breakfast food was ok but I think they need to make fresh eggs better next time.

Disgusting rooms are dirty, dated and smelled of mildew so bad that our clothes smelled after leaving. Beyond poor customer service. Go somewhere else.

There was a stain on the sheet, I was told the incorrect time for breakfast and did not receive it even though my stay includes breakfast. The rug had a lingering odor and the bathroom was dirty. I will not be returning!
