Best location in Fort Lauderdale Dania Beach area. Close to everything. Short distance to shopping, eateries, bars, beach and margeritaville. Customer was the best at the desk. She was by herself in an extremely busy checkout morning and was consistently helping everyone with a smooth process. The hotel has great recommendations for all your needs. I wish she was at every hotel I checked in. Bar and restraunt on site. Pool. Parking. Updated. Clean. Comfy bed. Fridge and coffee in room. 10 min from FLL Airport.

First off the smell in the lobby and hallways gave me an instant headache. It smells like a cheap men’s perfume. Thankfully the rooms didn’t smell like the hallways and lobby. The front desk staff were nice and check in was quick.

The entire staff was so kind, helpful and understanding. I can’t say enough about them. Our flight was canceled causing us to spend the night in town. I’m glad I chose this place. The shuttle drivers, the front desk folks and restaurant personnel were so friendly. They suggested the late check out and to even stay around the hotel enjoying the amenities after our checkout since our plane wasn’t scheduled to leave until 10:30PMEveryone at this hotel went above and beyond during this frustrating time of our trip. Thank you ?

Good morning, regrettably I write this review that is not so favorable as a Titanium Elite Member, but unfortunately I have made attempts to reach the hotel's general manager directly to get this address and resolved, but to no avail. I had an emergency one night due to us being stuck out of the Country and Le Meridian being sold out; which is where we stayed prior to going on the trip. My brother and niece's got to the hotel requested a second set of bedding what they received was absolutely unacceptable and should have never made it through an inspection process to get to a room for a guest.It clearly looks like mold or something very disgusting. However, in speaking with the hotel manager, she advised that the feathers in the comforter were damaged due to washing which I have never heard of before and that was the reason it looked like that. She was not willing to make any adjustments, not willing to compensate or extend or offer any sincere gesture to make up for this. I look forward to hearing from the General Manager and being able to make this right as my nieces were very traumatized by this. Thank you.
