Costumer service the worst, I had to wait two hours in line waiting for someone to attend to my claim and when they attended to me they hung up .

Worst sales and customer service that I’ve ever experienced! Bought a couch 6 weeks ago , never received any updates regarding my order and every time I tried to contact the salesperson, they either ignore my calls or were very rude! Absolutely useless , will never buy anything from BrandsMart again!
