There was only one lady, with a not very friendly face who, when asked, answered "you need an appointment to open an account." No Citibank branch would answer my call, I would always get connected to the corporate branch which I did not want, so I walked in to this branch and was greeted by Christina. She didn't seem eager to help me at first, perhaps too close to closing time. She was not able to set up an appointment with one of the branches closer to my home so she agreed to set up an appointment at her branch with her. The appointment was set for the following Wednesday at 2 PM, she gave me her business card and I wrote down 2 PM on the business card. Wednesday rolls around, I show up at 2 PM and she is with another customer. I explained I was here for a 2 PM appointment and she asked with who. I explained that I had made an appointment last week in person with her for today at 2 PM in her office to set up a business account. She said that was not possible because she doesn't make appointments at 2 PM, yet she had somebody in her office. Her attitude was not what you would expect as a customer looking to start a business account with their branch. She said I'll be with you in a few minutes. A few minutes went by at which time I left and went to Chase where they were happy to help me.

Wow oh wow what a crappy Bank the tellers were unfriendly. They didn't help out then we care about anything. I didn't have my ID so I can make a deposit. Why does it matter?

Horrible employees Waited in hallway till opening at 10am and needed the restroom bad after driving long to find an open branch due to covid and Coukdbt use restroom The chic in the pink pants like a clown is ridiculous w her comment on restroom use You should go above and beyond for your clients not be dismissive .fckn clown

Dania beach Blvd We have had our business account here for over 30 some years. It's declined there's NO DRIVE THROUGH what bank doesn't have a drive through? they had put huge coral rock there that damaged my car When I backed up. My fault I should've been more aware. everyone one use to be so nice there some still are, Now they hired a new lady last 2 months or she transferred they should make her go school on how to be nice and like your job before hiring someone with such disrespect to their customers. Am very disappointed in this bank.

If you're looking for a line to stand in all day, this is the place for you. It doesn't matter how long the line gets, nobody else in the bank is going to help. Then, the teller might just take the person that created their own line to your left...

From the few citibank branches this one has very hard to access parking lot and even parking lot spaces were mostly belonging to cruise.com which uses most of the building . and as for the branch when i finally reached it looks like ghost town with one teller and manager in back office to handle multiple bank clients very disappointing branch and bank

Very few inconvenient locations left. Fortunately found this location on Pines Boulevard to be open on Saturday and saw all of the employees working on a t-shirt. After being served, I asked for a map or list of locations ( branches) for my next time paying a credit card and teller said there are not too many left (???!). An international Bank managing money like this only left me wondering where is the real business at?
