Overall, the team seems nice. I came with a friend to get the front tire and oil changed, expecting everything to be done properly within a couple of hours. However, during the work, the bike fell off the lift, spilling gasoline and brake fluid. I checked it and luckily there wasn’t any serious damage.
After 5 hours, they returned the bike, but the front brakes weren’t working. They said I needed a new master cylinder, which would take 2 months to get. We suggested that maybe the system just needed to be bled better, as there could be air in it—the brakes were fine before. Fortunately, the mechanic provided the tools, and my friend bled the brakes himself. After that, the brakes worked perfectly.
I was a bit disappointed with the service. I understand my bike is old, but it’s still functional and deserves some care. In the end, the team didn’t really apologize; they just wiped the bike with an oily rag and ok. That’s how it went.

I have called this place to book brake pad replacement. I was told that I need to go on line a book an appointment. I did as advised, went online, clicked on “on line booking and price estimate” , chose repair , filled out questionnaire and in message window wrote that I need break pad replacement. Sent request and received msg on the screen that someone will be in touch. Day later I called back, since nobody called me. Woman answered the phone . I told her that I need brake pad replacement and that I sent msg on line. She asked me if I booked appointment on line and I said no, cause there was no calendar option. She told me to go to another Web page, which I couldn’t find, than she gave me runaround website which didn’t work either . Only option that gave calendar option from “online booking and price estimate” was chain and sprocket, which I didn’t need services for. I called back again, asking for instructions on how to find calendar option to book services that I needed. She asked me what is my last name, I spelled it for her , then she asked me again and I spelled it for her second time, then she told me not be snarky. Snarky how? For trying to book services and spend money at ur shop? Snarky for calling 2x cause I can’t book on line appointment, cause ur website is horrible and it doesn’t allow customer to book appointment? Snarky because the woman that answered the phone was not capable of directing me to book appointment on line? She even said that she doesn’t know how to get to calendar option, cause she never booked on line appointment. Here is a suggestion, train ur employees to be able to explain to a customer how to book certain service and how to be patient. At the end of the day your business is open because of people like me who need motorcycle services, not because of ur rude and hormonally imbalanced female employees. And if she was one of the owners, u are doing such a crappy job of getting new customers in. Do better !!!

Competition cycle the staff there are great. I went up to get a tire put on a rim. They had me in and out and 30 minutes. Thank you guys very much. Keep up the good work.

Duke Cliff and Suni always provide excellent service I have been a costumer of CC since 2003. Duke has been there to make sure I get the right tires. Cliff went beyond on fixing my basket clutch. Suni is always on point at the front of the house. Thank you Deborah

Duke and Cliff are the real deal, honest & decades of experience and knowledge. Duke recommended the Dunlop Mutant tires for my H2 and hit a home run. Better feel than any previous tires on this bike. Thanks again guys.

The lady that works at the front register could not be any nicer. Very helpful and answered all my questions patiently. She is the very model of what customer service should be. I wish her the very best.
This shop is very expensive. Brought in tires to be mounted with the rims already off bike. Was getting charged 185 dollars and I had to leave them over night. Asked if it would be ready by 12pm the next day and was told I should call first.
They mentioned they are very busy and backed up, which I understand.
Went to another shop and got it done for 60.00 and had my tires in less than an hour.
I'm sure they have great mechanics, I just don't have that kind of time or money to take a chance on them.

It was a nice quick and easy visit when other places were making things overcomplicated and pushing things off.
The mechanic is trustworthy, breaks down problems quickly, and is apt to do the right & cost effective fix.

Not as good as they once were. In the past I was a satisfied repeat customer. Now I can’t do business here. They told me they no longer had mechanics able to do work beyond tire changes and breaks. When I tried to buy tires they said Morgan and Morgan would sue them if they sold me a size not original equipment on my bike.
When you said you wouldn’t install the radial tire that are original equipment size for my bike, because it was originally sold with bias ply tires, I knew you no longer wanted my business. When you wouldn’t clean the carbs, I was disappointed, but appreciated your letting me know. It would have been much worse to have it attempted and gone wrong.
I’m truly sorry to see you had to downsized from the spaciousness facility you once operated. I understand it must be difficult to attract and retain the excellent technicians that once worked here. I had two phone conversations with you prior to driving my bike there. You had all the necessary information to save me the trip.
