Modern/ Pretty place. Redevelopment of a run down area. Looks and feels very nice. Good for short walks, live music in the centre. Tons of eateries and drinking holes aka Bars. Good selection of high end brands and other shops including ice cream shops.
Be prepared to pay higher touristy prices.
Improve comedy on the WEnds and during the week.
