Had one of the longest, worst travel days yesterday in my professional career. Got to the Enterprise at the airport to a missing reservation and no cars at almost every vendor. Secured a car (or so I thought) online and Ubered to this location. When I got there I was told it was a mistake and there were no cars there, either. I think Jeremy could see/hear the desperation as I tried to figure out a different option for my work trip. Jeremy got on the phone with three different people and found one car that was on its way to a sister location 25 minutes away. He set up the contract (that was slightly convoluted, due to other circumstances), spoke to the manager, and sent me on my way. I truly think if I had dealt with anyone else, I would not have gotten a car and been stranded. Jeremy is a top-tier manager and employee. He remained calm and set a great example for his employee even when dealing with other customers. If I were local to the area, I would only use this branch, but I will recommend it as a satellite location for my coworkers who use the airport.A big thank you to Jeremy for all the help and dealing with what was at the time, a crisis, in my eyes.

I just returned my rental after a week of needing transportation to and from work. I read the reviews after I had already picked this location and was nervous that it would be a bad experience. This location is great. Devin one of the employees was extremely helpful during the process! When I was having issues with my insurance they were patient and helped me out as well. Car was nice with no issues and return was super quick. Definitely recommend this location for rental cars!

Made a reservation for 10am pick up. Not only did they not have a car for us. But they had multiple people waiting for vehicles. For the looks of the location it appears they don't have a lot of parking space. However, one would assume if they had reservations they would have vehicles ready for pick up at the reserved time. Was told vehicles were on their way 3+ hours later still no vehicles. One person working in the location was clearly trying to do her best but the lack of availability of vehicles was unacceptable. We also rented from Enterprise from the airport and had exceptional service. In fact the staff asked what else they could do to ensure we left a perfect review. Once we finally were offered a car it was an economy car. We had rented a full size car. They offered us a $7 discount and that we could bring the gas take back on empty. We took it because it was wasting our precious vacation time just sitting there waiting. Would not recommend this location of enterprise.

Car was clean except the windows.They had been wiped inside with what seemed like a dirty rag, leaving a film that I couldn't see through very well and was very difficult to remove. I would have liked to have had some instructions on how to work all the gadgets inside. I do not own a late model car. The office was polite and friendly, but they said computers were down, so it took me 1 1/2 hrs to rent the car even though I had a reservation.

We've been very very happy working with Enterprise, this specific location and the site manager, Jeremy. Due to an extended stay, we needed to switch out cars multiple times and Jeremy was totally proactive in keeping us on the road. We cannot thank him enough!

This is my local go to for renting a car in Dania Beach and Hollywood. This is a small local office that gives a personal touch. The manager is fair and she oversees that the cars are properly cleaned and are maintained. That’s something that doesn’t happen with rental car companies anymore. I rented a vehicle from them for six weeks it was very well-maintained
