The owner there did my taxes for a few years and in 2016 he failed to file documents and now I am facing a civil penalty with a couple thousand dollars, I asked him to help with the situation but he is never available to meet and take care of the problem sent him an email asking if he would to which he never even responded. Now its time to take legal action because on top of it all I was not even aware of the problem until I got a letter from the IRS with the civil penalty. He knew about the problem failed to tell me about it forged my signature and got a Power of Attorney which I never agreed or signed for and now will not make things right. I would advise to go somewhere else where they value as a customer and be very careful about his practices.

Mario and all of the pros at Fast Tax are awesome! Mario sat down with me and took his time was professional and patient especially with all of these new pandemic issues with unemployment and taxes. I was so impressed and extremely satisfied with him. He got me the most money back ever! I would have highly highly recommend Fast Tax to anyone friends and family alike!

Professional services, Mark and Mario (2 locations, one is Pembroke) are thoroughly knowledgeable and expedient. Mario helped me solve an old tax problem with ease, and Mark took care of some other business AND filed a past year return fast and reasonably priced as well.

I've been going to Jerry for 25 years! He's very knowledgeable and stays updated on the tax changes by attending workshops and seminars throughout the year to better serve his clients. I'm just happy that I'm one of them! If I ever move I'll probably mail him my W-2, lolol ? He's THAT GOOD!
