Very horrible! 3 different people was on my toes at once’s very uncomfortable they barley speak English one person applied the overlay the 2nd person fixed the overlay then the 3rd person polished my toes very out of order if I’m paying my money one person should be doing my toes not 3 different people my overlay was uneven

Had a wonderful experience here yesterday! Kim, my nail tech was so talented! She transformed my ratchet feet and hands into beauties! I’m going back in to tip her more today because I was low on cash, and you cannot tip on a credit card. The attention to detail is amazing! Nice clean bright salon. Will definitely be coming here again and requesting young Kim! She’s a pro!

I was a LOYAL REPEAT customer for about a year here , no problems - staff was always nice , took walkins, and did a good job for great prices. And I ALWYAS ALWAYS TIP VERY NICELY- 10-20 dollars each time I come. Except the last time I went - I got my usual, French acrylic tips (which I usually pay 80-85$ for) This time however, the tech told me AT THE END OF MY SERVICE that my set would be $120. I would understand that kind of price if I’m in Miami, but I’m in Broward and I’ve always paid the same amount for the same set, in this very same place . If you’re going to up your price you should tell ur clients BEFORE you start the set. I explained after how that was unfair to me and they kind of “trapped me” they were EXTREMELY NASTY …. I said ofc I will pay I won’t just walk out , im not a thief, but after being a LOYAL MONTHLY customer who always tipped them well, you’d think they’d show a bit more manners but no. (I told her keep the 120 but that’s your tip girl- she got mad. Girl! You overcharged me 20$ and my usual tip is exactly that…but she wanted an ADDITIONAL tip hell no) DO NOT GO HERE they will TRAP YOU and overcharge you
They couldn’t care less that I said “I’m very disappointed and I will never be returning” I gave them so much business too… sent all my friends there …. SMH

Is not the first time that I came here but today I had a really bad experience. The woman the supposed to to my feet was talking on the phone !! So the water fell everywhere on my dress and my shoes that were very wet!!! When i told her to be careful that maybe she has to talk on the phone finish her conversation and than continue to work she started to scream on me . I was shocked. So I asked to change person .This woman she is not professional very rude and ui really suggested to not do anything with her !!!!! She has glasses long hairs. At the opposite i really recommend Tiffany she is sweet and professional. There are different nice people but be far from that woman !!!

I get my nails done every 2 weeks or sooner…. So my First time coming here-it looked like your typical nail salon -however the girl painted my skin with gel so it was jagged at the cuticle and my hair would get stuck if I ran my fingers through my hair. I decided to go back and give another technician a chance and sure enough she did the same thing with painting the skin with the gel polish. Never in my life have I experienced that…

I used to go to this nail salon fairly regularly, but when I got furloughed at my job during the pandemic I couldn’t afford to go often.
I was excited to go back, but the last and final time I went, it was awful.
I went in for a manicure and since I had had one the week before, the technician said I didn’t need one and would do a color change instead. I was actually impressed by his honesty and didn’t think much of it, but then, he left while my nails were drying.
When I went to pay, I told owner that I got a color change and not a full manicure and that the technician said I didn’t need a full manicure.
She made me feel like I was lying. What I thought was an honest gesture by the technician was obviously a tactic he used because he had to leave and a color change took less time.
I was made to feel awful and feel like I was being dishonest when I wasn’t
After how I was treated, I will never go back :(

Price good BUT Service was terrible. ALL Staff were arrogant, disrespectful and rude and NOT customer centered. We gave good tips and walked out and within literal, minutes the polishes smudged, and they blamed the customer. I will never return.
