“I do not normally do Google reviews but when I am satisfied, I don’t mind doing them. The grief you experienced with the unexpected passing of your mother is indescribable. You seek out services that will handle your love ones with care. Clark & Norris Home of Funerals did that and so much more. The entire staff was caring and very informative because I have never had to handle making arrangements before. They were very patience with me and for that I’m forever grateful. I will recommend Clark & Norris to anyone. I was able to meet the owners as well as the Funeral Director. The initial visit let me know that I selected the correct funeral home for my mother. I am an only child so the overwhelming process to make arrangements was scary. Clark & Norris made sure I understood everything and the service was phenomenal. My entire family was pleased and raved about Clark & Norris professionalism. “My mom recently passed away and we were referred to Bell's Funeral Home. My sister when we arrived was happy because she had recently attended another funeral service with The Bells. Well we were happy the first time we arrived as we were greeted with smiles and the task did not seem daunting. Valencia welcomed us in and made us feel at ease. On our second visit we met with Mrs. Bell who also greeted us with a smile and went over the costs and all our options.We were happy with the rates and so we decided to go with them. We made a deposit thinking we would have time but less than a week later our mom passed. We called and were happy to see that they remembered who we were. They expressed their condolences and throughout the entire planning stage we never felt pressured or rushed. I spoke on several occasion with Jessica, who walked me through putting everything together. They held my hand the entire way I thought they were close family friends. Jessica recommended a few great songs for our slide show that spoke to me regarding my mom. I was pleased with everything from start to finish. the program was beautiful. They followed all our instructions with regards to color, flowers and how we wanted the program and slide show. During the service we did not know how to start the hymn as everyone appeared shy but Mr. Thomas jumped in without question and it was delightful. The video brought tears to my eyes but what stuck out to me was Ms. Jessica was also in tears. They showed so much compassion and patience. I think the service Bells Funeral services provide is very personal and I would recommend them every time. My mom looked amazing. Her makeup and hair was top notch people commented on how beautiful she looked, she was smiling and they said they never saw anyone look so beautiful. “John Hanks is a wonderful individual and I cannot thank him enough for his help and services when my father passed away in 2018. It has taken me a while to write this review, but the memory of John’s professionalism, grace, compassion, and work ethic remains clear in my mind, even years later. My father’s wish was to be buried at sea in a casket, which is not an easy task to the untrained layperson. John made the process seamless and was extremely informative, upfront, compassionate and fair. He worked with myself, my mother and brother to make sure my father’s exact wishes were met.
