We are obsessed with our floors now. Even though we maintained by cleaning daily, the grout made the tiles look dull and old. The tiles look brand new now and the grout sealing made them look brighter. We highly recommend Goutsmith and their team. Lisa and Matt were very professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly. Ken the owner is a very honest and reasonable businessman. Thank you!! We will be calling back to have our upstairs bathrooms done.

The Groutsmith (Hollywood, Florida) owner Ken & his crew were fabulous! Ken was professional when he came out to price our job and did so in a timely manner. He provided a demo of what our tile grout would look like once the job was finished. His crew was friendly and very pleasant and did a fantastic job! Our tiled floor looks brand new! We were also given instructions on the correct products to maintain and keep our flooring looking its best. I highly recommend Ken and his crew!

Recently did some renovations. Decided to call Ken and his team to come out and see what could be done with the tile and grout. We picked colors, they were on site, as promised and delivered 110% of what they committed to! I highly recommend the groutsmith to anyone that is looking to bring their floors back to life!!

From the first call with Denise to the on site visit with Ken to the AMAZING crew (Matt and Lisa), this has been a wonderful experience. These days you just hope someone shows up; but with Groutsmith you not only get everyone showing up on time but they come with a commitment to impress you with their skills and abilities and their kindness and tremendous communication. Our job expanded the whole house and i have to share a quick picture of the impact of the kitchen which looks like after years we had gone with dark grout, nope just dirt that Lisa and Matt made magically disappear! We selected a bone grout to match our now clean tile and could not be happier with the results. Thanks again for your professionalism, responsiveness and care.

From start to finish these folks were punctual and efficient and highly professional. Ken came out and told us exactly what could be done with our fading, aged grout, when it could be done, and what the outcome would be. I just moved into a new home with dirty stained grout. Ken was an absolute professional and gave me a demonstration of a small area of what it would like, and had me pick the grout color I’d want. I immediately hired them and the finished result is amazing. Floors look brand new. Amazing customer service and very kind and efficient employees. Definitely recommend them to revive your tiles!!

FANTASTIC!! Thank you to Groutsmith for restoring our bathroom to its original beauty! Ken (the owner) performed the original inspection. He provided a demonstration, explained the entire process and provided a quote. We scheduled an appointment with Denise. She set a convenient time. The restoration team arrived timely. Matt and Lisa were professional, neat, and very experienced. They did a wonderful job. When the job was done, Lisa provided instruction how to maintain the bathroom.
Ken personally followed up with us to assure our satisfaction.

We had a home remodel done and our floors were not sealed properly and looked horrendous. We were absolutely miserable. My husband searched everywhere for someone to fix our floors since our contractor left us in the dust. Thankfully he found Groutsmith! The owner came out to see us and do a demonstration. I wasn’t too sure only because of how many others we had been through. Well! I am so freaking happy we went with GroutSmith! Lisa and Matt were just beyond amazing! I was in shock they were able to make our floors look so good! They were so knowledgeable and amazing to be around! Great energy and great work! This is a company we will definitely keep in our contacts!

Thank you for transforming my bathroom into something brand new!! We couldn’t afford to change the tile but this company offered us other options such as cleaning thoroughly and sealing cracks where necessary. Our bathroom truly looks brand new. I loved the team that worked on it and Ken was very helpful and ensured a good experience for us. Very affordable.
We are enjoying our bathroom a lot and will definitely call this company for future projects!!
