I made reservations for this hotel while searching for safe place in the event we had to evacuate from the west coast for Hurricane Milton. Unfortunately, we ended up evacuating and found this hotel to be a very good place to hold up during the storm. The staff were all incredibly nice and always checked on us when we were in the lobby. Richard in the hotel restaurant was also very nice and helpful. The hotel is very close to the beach at Dania and a short drive to Ft. Lauderdale beaches. It is also located in a shopping area with restaurants and a movie theatre. I found this hotel to be very comfortable, convenient to everything the staff very nice and caring. We will be coming back but hopefully not because of a hurricane.

The service was impeccable. I was down there to surprise my sister for her birthday. I had an above and beyond request. Keila at the front desk put a note in the system so that we she checked in she would be wished a happy birthday. Then she would be told that a gift had been arranged by her husband and then direct her to where we were hiding. Went perfectly. The next day Keila inquired about how it went and I felt that she really cared.

Spent 4 nights at this hotel. I am a lifetime diamond Hilton member- absolutely disgusted with what I encountered at this hotel. Room cleaning staff was the only exception- the rest was beyond horrible from service, amenities etc. WiFi is terrible- intermittent and when you do get on very slow. For the price charged I think this was a complete ripoff. Hilton needs to seriously reconsider management at this hotel.

I evacuated here for the hurricane with my two dogs. As far as the room goes, it was great. I had a king bed, a nice shower, pretty good cable and the wifi was pretty good as well. The atmosphere is great and I would have enjoyed all of it despite the hurricane but I couldn’t because of the A/C in my room. I arrived on Tuesday at 3pm, and my room was warm so I turn the AC on, still warm, put it on full blast, and still warm. So I call and someone comes up to look at it, i guess he resets it and says it works now. It doesnt. Its still hot. I have it set to 60 and it feels like its 76. Its blowing hot air. On Wednesday, I call and they send a different guy, he opens up the unit, bangs on something, and says its fixed. I give it some time to work. Nothing. Still hot. Wednesday night, a third guy comes up, and says its “not working, i dont know why they would tell you that. The engineer comes back in the morning.” At this point Im sweating by just sitting down, my dogs are panting and lethargic messes. We have to go outside to feel any cool air. Do you know how hot it has to be in a hotel room for Florida air to feel cool in early October? This is ridiculous, we are miserable and I expected better from a Hilton.

When we checked in the renovation was 90% complete. The happy hour menu was limited but the food was good. The shuttle runs on the hour and can be a wait but it is free. On our return visit we were allowed to check in late morning and enjoyed being able to relax and unwind. The staff was very nice. The business center is small but the internet connection was surprisingly fast. The menu is a little limited but the chef appeared to be very attentive to all details in the kitchen and dining room. Worth the try. The free shuttle to / from airport and available shuttle to cruise port is a plus. Lots of shops nearly. Big hint. If you need a six pack of beer - go to the nearby Outback. Six pack of bud light for $10. :) and Outback food is good

The hotel elevators makes alot of noise which was very scary. The hotel is under renovation and looks horrible they could've done a better job of hidding all the construction materials and storage area. I am a Hilton Honors Member and that was disappointing.

Below average.
I wouldn't go back.
Shuttle service only once per hour to airport.
Under construction currently, but still an old tired hotel.
Most uncomfortable couch in the planet...

Hopefully once the renovation is complete they will update the bedding. With the front being rebuilt this is not a very good facility and the staff needs to get more used to not having cards with the company app.
