I called the HMY Yachts office in Dania Beach to speak with someone in services, unfortunately, services is closed on Saturday. George Beck in Sales answered the phone and was able to help with the AC issue I was having with my newly purchased Princess V45. Using FaceTime he walked me through the engine room to ensure all seacocks were opened and pump was working, talked me through the AC control panel, and ensured I fully understood the operation. A great experience with George and HMY. Thanks

I’ve been a loyal Princess yacht owner for years, having owned a Princess 55’ abroad, and have always been pleased with the brand. However, my recent experience with this particular dealer in Miami was extremely disappointing. After initial contact, they completely stopped responding—no follow-up, no communication, nothing. The lack of professionalism and engagement was unacceptable, especially when considering a high-value purchase like a new yacht.
This experience has unfortunately put me off from working with them, and I will be moving forward with another dealer. While I continue to value the Princess brand, I hope future interactions reflect the high standards one would expect from a luxury yacht dealership.
