no responses to calls texts and email regarding a damaged shipment. I should have read the reviews first. What a waste of time and money. Thank God there is revenge with PayPal disputes.

Their customer service and shipping took a huge hit over the last 2 years. You have to practically beg hound them about where your order is. Then if you ask for a refund, you will have to hound them for that as well. I guess that's what happens when small companies sell to larger companies....the original customers are forgotten about. I used to refer people to them. No longer.

Worst skin care company. They will pocket your money, never send you the product, ignore all of your emails, and never issue a refund. I made an order over a month ago; never received a tracking #. I emailed multiple times asking for one with no response. I had to go buy skincare products elsewhere. After the third week, I demanded a refund with no response. I told them I was doing a claim with my bank to get my money back. After telling them that, they sent a shipping confirmation after I already said I needed a refund, and still did not respond to any of my 5+ emails. The email claimed my product would be delivered that week; I checked with FeDEX and they lied. The product had never even been shipped nor even given to FeDEX. They just created a label to pretend it was shipped. FeDEX told me I could even see the proof online; which I have screenshot in the photos. So they took my money, never sent out the product, ignored all of my emails, ignored demand for a refund, and lied that it was shipped. How absolutely shameful and disgusting. I don't like to write bad reviews on Black owned companies; but when you're taking advantage of, and giving awful customer service, to the very Black women that support and keep you running-- you deserve it. Not only did they take my money and not ship any product while continuously ignoring me-- but they also do not honor their rewards program. They push promotions to buy expensive bundles and deals for rewards points only to not honor them. If you try to use the link on their site, it will log you out and have you trying to use the link again. I had reported this last year twice and was ignored by customer service. Brought it up 5 more times this year. Twice I was ignored again. 2 other times I was told it be fixed in a week. Then lastly was told they were diligently working on fixing the link. It has been 2 full years. They do not honor the rewards. They do not care to fix it. They just want your money. I have tried to stay patient and supportive of this company; hoping that the constant mishaps(as this isn't my first time having to inquire about a delivery) we're just temporary growing pains. Clearly they are not and this is how JACQS chooses to run and treat Black women. Don't waste your money or time and shop elsewhere.

I have ordered from them Three times, and on the third time my shipment has been delayed for weeks, I reached out twice and was ignored. Finally my shipment came with one of the two soap bars I ordered! I’ve been asking to receive a refund and this merchant has retained my full payment and sent me partial product! I have reached out to the email address provided on the website asking for a refund, asking for the status of the partial fulfilled order, and no response! Is a Contin creator, with a good following, I will be blasting this business and I hate to do that since it is black owned and apparently does not care about keeping people’s money and not giving them to product!!!

Hi!I love JACQ's products. The cleanser works well, the toner, and moisturizer. I even use their clay mask and it makes my skin feel wonderful. The lack of stars isn't for the product; unfortunately, it's due to their terrible customer service. Each time I have ordered from them, even if I paid extra for priority, the package was received about a week after purchasing. This time, I think my limit has been pushed. I ordered from them October 10th. I never received a tracking number or anything until I had to reach out to them again. I received a "tracking number," but when I checked on the package, it had not been sent to USPS-actually it said that number doesn't exist for a parcel. I was super disappointed because I'm running low on cleanser and moisturizer, and I made sure, especially after all of my horrible shipping experiences with this company, to order early. Still today, 15 days later, no tracking number, no shipping update, and no product. I recently saw where they are selling with Target and neither one of the Target stores in my area carry Jacq's or else I would purchase it there. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I really love their products, and I share the name of this company with everyone I come into contact with and we discuss skincare. However, this is a hot mess. I'm wondering if they have this same type of business with Target or does Target get their product on time? Either way, I wouldn't recommend this business because they are too busy sending me text messages about ordering something else when I still haven't received what I ordered 15 days ago.

I started using JACQ’S vegan products about a year ago and it has done wonders to my skin. Only regret is not using it sooner. I’ve tried other products from low cost to high end and nothing compares. I have sensitive skin, and dark spots and her whole line is gentle and it melts into my skin. Almost immediately, I noticed that it started to clear up my acne and my dark circles started to lighten. JACQ’S has been a real gem to my skin routine. In addition, shipping was super fast and I LOVED MY FREE GIFT. I would definitely recommend!!!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I ordered 2 items at the beginning of January, I waited 2 weeks before writing them asking for a confirmation. They sent it out on the 13th it said the label was being made and STILL TODAY ITS SITTING IN MIAMI WAITING ON A LABEL!! I asked for a refund and I still haven’t heard back from them. Please save your money and run far away from this place.

Jacq's products are the best! It's all natural and very easy on the skin. I love the way the cleansing soaps smell,it's like I want to eat it instead of bathing with it. They are very kind and all my orders are always on time. They have a customer for life!! Keep up the amazing work! ??

I started using JACQ’S vegan products about a year ago and it has done wonders to my skin. Only regret is not using it sooner. I’ve been ordeing from this company for years. I have fungal acne and the owner helped create a specific in care regimen for my skin type. The shipment was super fast. One time my package got lost in the mail and they replaced the package for me. There are a bunch of trolls on here that are haters because this company is so bomb!

I usually do not post reviews but since I see there is someone responding here but not to my emails I decided to post. I placed an order on August 23rd and have emailed 3xs since then and have yet to get a response. You say that Covid is causing shipping to take longer; however, according to the tracking number usps hasn’t even received the item. I have ordered from numerous companies (big and small) and have not seen this long of a delay. What bothers me is I can actually deal with waiting 30 days to receive an item but what I cannot deal with is unresponsive customer service. It is totally unacceptable to ignore paying customers. For that reason, I will no longer order from them.
