“I called ahead to ask about replacing a watch battery and the man who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful. I stopped by later in the day and got batteries replaced for 2 watches which only took a few minutes while I waited and could see it being done. The man who was working there was very nice, said his name is DJ and I chatted with him a bit more asking questions about another watch I had. I appreciated his honesty and even told me that instead of replacing a battery for an eco drive watch, which he said is more expensive than regular watch batteries, plus replacing the scratched face of the same watch, that he didn't want me to spend that much for an old watch and I would be better off buying a new watch. I will definitely refer friends and family over to him! Great service and very reasonable prices!”
