Man these guys are solid. Awesome at dealing with the insurance company and made it a painless process for me. Father and son who take pride in what they do, so you don't have a bunch of random in and out guys working on your vehicle. A1, this is my new go to spot for getting autobody work done!

Worked on my daughters car, vehicle was total loss but Kurt did what he said and kept me updated entire time. The insurance company progressive on other hand. We will just say, not happy with them at all but KLS was awesome

After reading all the outstanding reviews of KLS, I took my car in for a grill replacement. Kevin was so easy to work with. He constantly kept me informed of the status and the car was ready when he said it would be. I found him very fair priced with excellent workmanship. Would definitely return when the need arises. It's nice to know there are honest, reputable shops around.

After 2 comprehensive claims a year before, due to vandalism, I was cancelled by my previous Insurance, even though I was not in an accident or at fault. ☹️A year later, I found myself in the flood of the century!! With the car dead, and water in the cabin, I filed another comprehensive claim!! Arrrggh!I was VERY fortunate and knew a great mechanic and the repairs were made, along with a lot of elbow, cleaning, cleaning, cleaning!! Thank God! My car survived!! 1000s did not.A month later, on my way to work, a rogue black Nissan came at me, and was coming in my lane and I swerved, and clipped a construction barrier!!Of course, the only one damage was me!!I have not EVER caused an accident!!Should’ve let him hit me, but, this is so fla, and with only damage to his backside, it’s a gamble if he would’ve stopped. Plus, if he didn’t stop, my car would’ve been damaged even more. It’s a roll of the dice.That’s hindsight,It was early In the AM, and it was a defensive action. Who knows, but, it was a reflex action that’s too late to question.So, now, file another claim, and risk losing your insurance again?I decided, to pay and keep my insurance.I called several shops, but, no one would give me a rough estimate.I knew I needed a fender, front bumper,headlight and a tire.I also, knew I needed the fender liner and Engine splash guard.So I started calling every shop in the area.No one would give me a rough estimate, except the previous shop, that now I know billed the insurance with false claims. I didn’t want to go there!! That’s another long story!!I put on the doughnut spare, bent the fender away from it, and started driving.It was a bit harrowing, as the car pulled and I was afraid of what was going to happen.It was a dreary day, but, I made it to KLS, talked to Kevin, told him my plight, and he made me feel better.I didn’t go to any of the other shops, as I was quite afraid to drive it any more!KLS is a small shop, only he and his dad repairing and a painterI can’t tow my car all around town, and driving it was scary.I didn’t realize the suspension was damaged as well.I knew they had their hands full already, so I tried to remain patient.Kevin was always, very kind and courteous. Even though, they are very busy, and life throws a lot of curve balls, he was always, kind and understanding.It’s been a bit of a long road, to repair my Pearl, my car, to A safe and beautiful car again, but, they made it happen!!I just met his father today, to pick up my Pearl.Kevin, is a chip off his old block, sorry I said that Kurt, not meaning you are old!!His father, Kurt, was just as kind and engaging person!!I tried to pay with Zelle, not realizing there was a limit, he was just so kind and easy to work with, as his son has been!!But, I couldn’t have EVER taken my car to two nicer , HONEST, and fair people.God bless you!!And thank you for what you did for me!! My car looks great, and I WOULD Definitely do business with them again, (hopefully not).But, in all honesty, you can’t work with kinder, HONEST, good people than KLS!!They have a heart!!Including mine!!Pearl looks great!They are definitely people you would like to work with in a situation no one wants to be in.Thank you!!I OWE YOU BOTH!!Thank you again!!God bless you both!And the kitty!Services: Steering & suspension repair
