Went to the Metro PCS store in Dania Beach. Camilo helped me and deserves 10 stars for his patience, ability to troubleshoot and to resolve issues. I needed a new phone and was concerned about all the data transferring from my old phone to the new phone. Camilo was great calm communicated with T mobile rep made sure I got my discounts..He really deserves a medal for his customer service.

Worst store, their are thieves charging me more than I have to pay, they don’t provide receipt, if they provide it they not listed price for individual items. It’s a scam, I don’t advise you to go there!!! Watch your money. I phone cost $100 are trying to charge me $450

Excellent service at the Metro by T-Mobile store!
I recently visited the Metro by T-Mobile store and had an exceptional experience thanks to the salesperson Camilo. From the moment I walked in, Camilo greeted me with a smile and a very professional attitude. He was very knowledgeable about the products and services they offer.
I decided to buy a new phone and add a line to my existing plan. Camilo helped me find the perfect phone that fit my needs and budget. His knowledge and patience made the entire process very easy and enjoyable.
Additionally, Camilo mentioned that by completing a satisfaction survey, you could receive a gift. What a great incentive! Completing the survey was quick and easy, and the gift was a nice added surprise.
In short, Camilo's customer service and attention was second to none. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for Metro by T-Mobile products and services. Thank you, Camilo, for such a positive experience!

I've been in that store the last 6 months. Trying to pay my phone bill every time. They tell me the computers down. So I always go down the street to pay it now. At another location and they told me that they were under investigation and do not ever go to that store again.
