“I am a prescriber. Four days ago I called in a new Rx for a patient and was SO impressed. My call was answered promptly. The pharmacist was helpful, efficient and courteous. She was knowledgeable, and took a bit of extra time to check pricing of generic vs non-generic, which saved my patient about $110. I rarely write reviews, but this was in such contrast to some other recent experiences with other pharmacies (phone tree, wait on the phone for 15 minutes, get cut off...) that I feel obligated to acknowledge and praise it.”

“9-10-232pmThis review is for the liquor store. Went to buy margarita mix and tequila. Happy they carry Margaritaville Tequila both regular and gold. For mix so many choices but unfortunately No Margaritaville Brand do I settled for Mr & Mrs T Brand looked the most clean without too much ingredients that would give it an after taste. Winn Dixie carries Margaritaville mix but no location close by. So they get an extra star for carding me! Made my day especially since I got another unavoidable birthday this month. She was a real charmer thought I was twenty years younger than I am. Lol”

Each time I visit the store to load my card I'm greeted by Denise one of the sales associates at the front counter. She always helps me with a smile And well wishes for the day. Another occasions, I’ve gone to the liquor store and had the pleasure of meeting the manager Terry he is very kind and he makes the shopping experience enjoyable.”

“just want to take a moment to recognize Yolanda, the reason I continue to use this Publix Pharmacy, even though I pass by two other Publix locations to get here. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for customers set her apart in a way that you don’t often see in pharmacy staff. What really stood out to me is that when I checked the reviews, Yolanda was the only employee mentioned by name, and not just at this location, but compared to all other Publix pharmacies in the area. That alone speaks volumes about the impact she has on people. Publix as a corporation should take notice—when someone consistently earns this level of customer loyalty and appreciation, they deserve recognition.
