I had a safety deposit box here and an account. I left the state for awhile and ignored both accounts. When I returned I found a letter that $65 on my deposit box was due. I searched for my key to go there get the contents pay the balance and close the box out. The banker made an appointment for me on a Monday, when I called to confirm the appointment she told me that there was no appointment on Monday that she would call me back when the man who drilled would be available. The next day she called me and asked if I could come in 10 minutes. I obliged because I am trying to tie up my loose ends before leaving town again. I got the the bank and gave her $215 in cash to find the entire contents of my box gone. I had told them that I did not remember what was in the box because I did not believe it was their business but I in fact DID remember! The woman that worked at the bank also asked me repeatedly if I remember what the exact box number was which I didn’t because I had the paperwork for the box filed with my important documents. The point is they stole the contents of my deposite box I wasted $215 to find out they are thieves and that I will never bank there again.

Costumer service it's inexistent. I live right by it, but hate to stop over here and have to see all this sour faces. If there was 0 stars that would had been my rate. Regions needs to get their stuff together, very slow process for everything too

Terrible greeting, terrible customer service! Staff is excellent with their reception and greeting. Manager is cocky and unfriendly. I have had a personal and PTA business account through the local Middle School as President of PTA for many years, and director of a green nonprofit. I have never experience such horrible upper management customer service. I'm not sure if this is a new branch manager, but the personal banker I usually deal with is no longer employed, Manager so flippantly enlightened me with this information. I suggest they bringMr. Rahul back, and be rid of you and your confrontational attitude, but as you relayed to me, "Maybe corporate will change the rules for you." Wells Fargo across the street where my husband banks, performed the notary, NOT because I asked, but because my husband held an account. Just because they valued him as a customer. The GENTLEMAN offered a COMPLIMENTARY notary to my surprise, after the storm of bad attitude with Mr. Manager at Regions. Kindness does exist! I would have gladly paid your fee for my husbands need of a notary, but Mr. Manager, you were too busy schooling me on your rules with your great big manager attitude, that I don't desire to use your branch or Regions at this point. P.s. Corporations and corporate managers do read correspondence, and customers choose businesses to be patrons. Gardens do exist in the heart, I suggest you plant one before you represent a GREEN bank!

Only took 9 days with this bank to understand they don’t care about you , you have no control over your own money , and it’s a giant waste of time. The ladies who work there are very kind however the man there is very rude and very disrespectful and should lose his job besides that this bank is trash . Go to chase to BOA .

Angelica and the entire staff with Regions are a breath of fresh air after dealing with other big banks in the area. I don't see a Constant turnover of employees as with other banks.
