Short review: Good food on the higher-end of fair prices ($2.50 to add provolone to a sandwich, overcharge for sharing, $1 extra for to-go orders), good and friendly service, cramped out space.I wanted to visit a local place, which I like to do at least once in all my travels. Out of a bunch of places around here, I went to Robert's Restaurant. It didn't disappoint at all. I had a French Dip, which consists of shaved London Broil on a toasted Hoagie and Au Jus. I added the Provolone for the extra charge. The London Broil not directly under the melted provolone was room temperature (not warm) but the Au Jus was piping hot so when dipped, it had the perfect temperature to eat. The hoagie roll was perfectly toasted and fresh, and the Au Jus was so good it could be a soup if we add some onions to it.The only thing was, their space is cramped. If you have someone with a rollator walking around they'll have a hard time navigating without catching on table and chair corners. Servers move with ease but patrons need to make their way carefully.Their prices are... Ok. A bit higher than averages for the area, but their surcharges of a solar here and two there can add up. Their daily specials are a good deal though.Overall I do recommend this place! Check it out.

Consistently great food. Very large portions and cooked fresh daily, it is a 45 minute drive but worth it. Fresh turkey daily, mashed potatoes and stuffing is my favorite!!! Thank you, Tina and your boss for hard work and a great meal!!

Food is descent, but extremely overpriced and prices seem to go up monthly. My boyfriend and I go for breakfast and for the two of us with tip it is nearly $50 for eggs and toast, nothing fancy. Because of this we have decided to not go anymore and it seems like others are not going as much either as the place is never crowded like it used to be.

Server is was very kind and coffee service was quick, but it got a bit busy and we had to wait a bit before we were able to actually place our orders. But we were a party of 4 at 11:15 on a Sunday and had no problem seating. Food came out reasonably quick and was pretty good, normal diner food. Pancakes and corn bread stood out as very good. An easy place to come for breakfast

Humble, cozy local spot for comforting breakfast or lunch. The waitresses are super friendly and kind - always filling up your coffee refills. You feel like family here! We loved the country fried steak with gravy, biscuit with butter, eggs, home style potatoes, and chocolate chip pancakes. They also have soup, loaded club sandwiches, and full thanksgiving turkey meal everyday!
