Did 2 online order pick up for Christmas shopping. My order was completed within hours, and when I went to pick it up, I had a great service, and it was fast. Definitely will be doing more online orders or shopping at this location more.

Everyone here was friendly and helpful. I forgot to especially mention Gabriela during my checkout. She was sweet and experienced in helping me pick the right shade of foundation. Her female supervisor (?) was also nice and professional. My overall experience was great. Thank you!

Catalina is literally the best person to have a job in customer service , she is patient , kind , passionate , and extremely helpful . This is seriously like the 5th time she has helped me whenever I come in ! All the staff here are so so sweet , passionate about there job and everyone seems genuinely happy to be there (: thank you so much everyone for being so amazing !

Kiri was incredibly helpful during my Sephora visit today! She was not only knowledgeable but also very personable. Her passion truly shines when talking with customers, and I know it will serve her well once she becomes a nurse. Sephora is lucky to have her. Thank you for making my experience great!

Not a huge makeup girly but I came here for a Huda Beauty gloss I've been wanting. The salesperson Catalina signed me up for an account, noticed it was my birthday, and gave a few samples to celebrate. Literally the sweetest. I usually shop at Target for makeup but after this experience, I'll be coming here always. Super unexpected and sweet service! Hope her manager sees this because she deserves the shoutout!

**The Customer Service is Terrible!! ** I went to the Sephora at Dania Pointe yesterday, Sunday, May 5th. It saddens me to write a negative review about Sephora because, as a VIB Rouge, I am super invested in the brand and the organization. However, this location needs to hire new staff, this is the SECOND time I've had a terrible shopping experience here.
1.They do not greet you at the door or ask if you need any help.
2.While I was being assisted by this white woman associate, an older white woman shopper approached her with a question. The associate actually stopped helping me and walked away from me to assist her! I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT.
The only reason I did not leave immediately and call Sephora HQ to complain was that I was helped by Simone, who was fabulous!!
When it was time to check out, the cashier girl was so rude that when I asked for a free sample, she made an issue (to the point the second associate at the other register had to jump in and let her know I was entitled to one by looking at my account).
I left there so irritated. Whoever manages the store needs to retrain the employees!

This store doesn't have employees to help black women to find the correct product. I was told by two different employees two different matte foundations powder to use. Yall need more black employee. I returned both items cause f... them and walk to ulta and had the best experience and best customer service. Sephora do better

My first visit was a few weeks ago at this store and I forgot to review my experience as I am still trying to forget it. It wasn’t the most pleasant at all! I went in to look for the new Oud Kayali Perfumes, I asked the young lady by the front of the store who proceeded to call out to a man in a suit if they had ever heard of Kayali? Okay, I thought that was strange as it’s a well known fragrance line and it is sold at most Sephora’s. Anyway, this man proceeded to pretty much argue with me, stating that Kayali didn’t make Ouds. I felt like I was in a twilight zone, it was so strange. This man I believe his name is George had the worst attitude and really acted I was bothering him. I feel he’s better suited in a different environment or type of work. Do better Sephora!
