When we built our home in Florida twelve years ago my husband decided to forego a door on the Master Bath. Fast forward ten years...Me: I want a door on the bathroom! We knew we wanted a slider of some sort but couldn't find exactly what we wanted. Looked for two years until searching the Internet I found BARTELS DOORS, 1901 TIGERTAIL BLVD., DANIA BEACH, FL 33004. Being I was in Del Ray Beach that day I hopped into the car and off I went to Bartels Doors. From the first time I walked into the store until this past Tuesday we have been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Finding immediately what I wanted on the trip my husband and I drove back a few weeks later and picked out our door from the huge variety they have. Being as the door is made in Germany we were told it would be approximately four months to make and get here. What's another four months so okay let's do this. On Tuesday, April 22, our door was delivered and installed. The staff from Bartels had called giving us updates on the door and then called for a delivery time and setup. Being as we live three hours away they were still able to deliver (for a very small fee) and install on a timely basis (30 minutes earlier than told). The staff at Bartels Doors are outstanding, fabulous and so courteous and we will be doing business with them again. The door??? Beyond our wildest dream and it's BEAUTIFUL installed.

I have many great things to say about Bartel's. Ryan provided excellent guidance on all aspects of our door project. We entirely replaced the doors in our condo. The quality of the doors, frames and hardware is super and the overall look of the product is wonderful. These doors really boost the appearance of our home! The delivery, installation, and finishing touches all went very smoothly. We were very happy with the responsiveness of Ryan, the competence of the installation team and the quality of the product. I highly recommend them!!
