I went to this location and ordered later string cheese and a tomato mozzarella sandwich. I handed the cashier the sandwich from the refrigerator and told her i want this and i want it toasted. I paid and she did not give me a receipt. I waited over 30 minutes with my two small babies. Finally i get my order missing the sandwich. The whole reason for my visit was to feed my toddler lunch. I had no receipt and no way to confirm earlier that my order was wrong. When i told the barista i was missing the sandwich she told me i didn’t pay for it. I wasted my time here. I could not wait anymore here. My kids were starting to go crazy. I will not be going back to this location

This place is busy! Staff were fantastic. They went with the flow and kept a smile on. Great job! I'd go back to this location.

So yesterday i went starbucks hoping to get myself a fresh brewed coffee for my morning and one of the workers named Taylor gave me a bad attitude and started an argument because i wanted extra sugar and she called me fat ? i would never come back here with Taylor working here.......

I don't eat here... the atmosphere when it's quiet is nice. Otherwise, it's crazy in a good gotta have my coffee get out of my way... who are you vibe!Dietary restrictions: I can't have sugar so it's nice they have my flavors in a sugar free option!

I’ve been coming here for a year! I love coming through the drive-through or walking inside and they already know what drink I’m gonna order! I love their attention to detail and also make sure before they make it if that’s exactly what I want. I never change my coffee. It’s nice to know that they pay attention.

#starbucks Stirling road at Dania Point.Kyra- the manager of this store is rude and does not have any respect for customers. Went through the drive-through today for my daughter’s 16th birthday (she has a Starbucks app) and she was entitled to a free drink but because their system was not working or reconciling her birthday (which is in the app), she refused to give her the drink even though she had already made it and the drink was going to be thrown away. I had also ordered two other drinks which I was paying for. This is a problem on their technical side, however, after wasting 15 minutes in the drive-through line, after having disclosed when we ordered that she had the app and it is her birthday, they still refused to give her the drink even though we showed her drivers license with her name on it and her birthday. When I asked if she could just give it to her she said “I could but I’m not going to.” The customer service at this store is horrible. I recommend avoiding it at all costs.

Dear Nina Seifried (Distric manager),I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received every time visit this establishment. Unfortunately, the service provided by one of your staff members left much to be desired. Her name is Angelina.I had a concerning encounter with a lady who was responsible for making my coffee. Not only did she prepare it incorrectly, but she also exhibited a considerable amount of rudeness. Despite my attempts to communicate the issue, she seemed uninterested and failed to address my concerns. Additionally, I was dismayed to observe by Angelina who was laughing, humbling under her breathe while I was speaking to Catie the shift supervisor who was trying to make it right during this interaction, which further contributed to the negative experience.Effective communication and attentiveness are crucial aspects of customer service, and it was disappointing to feel unheard and dismissed during my visit. I believe such incidents reflect poorly on the reputation of your establishment.I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate measures to ensure that other customers do not face similar unpleasant experiences.
