  Very disappointing experience at this TJ Maxx. The staff was rude and unfriendly, with no interest in helping customers. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable, and the overall service was poor. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

  Well organized but varied supply. Was looking specifically for sunglasses prior to a cruise and we found some but there were only about three styles. Daughter was also able to find a cute sweater but again there wasn’t a lot. Would still check it out if you need something simple and reasonable price.

  Went to this Location on January 16, 2026 at round 9pm. Stood in the jewelry section for 15 plus minutes and that lady looked at me and acknowledged the other 2 women except me. Blatant RACISM. I eventually had to speak to someone about it after the final straw of her just pretending i wasnt there. I know nothing will be done about it or the employer.I WAS SO DISTRAUGHT ! I will not be returning to this store, i am traumatized. I wish they could watch the cameras on this day to witness this disgusting encounter.

  How do they expect anyone to do any shopping in this store when the bathroom looks like this 😳 absolutely disgusting. It says a lot about how much they care about their image and their customers.

  First time at this location, not really many deals but I ended up leaving because I was told not to “open” an already open makeup palette… unfortunately the way TJ Maxx is setup, one needs to check the boxes! Half of them were already open, broken, etc. This is not Bal Harbor, it’s a discount outlet with old cheap makeup! Either way I won’t be returning!
  
  Maybe tell your employees not to treat your customers like they are children. If you don’t want people checking out a product, put it behind a counter! And I know the employee was just doing their job which is why I didn’t say anything to a manger, but managers should understand their product and customers.
  
  You just lost two customers over clearance makeup that was already opened. Barely a bargain anymore as it is.

  malena at the jewelry counter is a nightmare. i went to return something and after glancing at the receipt she did a scoot, scram hand motion and told me she can’t help me. i asked to speak with a manager and she told me to go find her. i was absolutely appalled and i joined the regular line and spoke to another sales associate who was able to process my return just fine and apologized for her behavior. I love Tj maxx but malena at the jewelry counter gives this location a bad look!! reconsider your staff!!
