Tesla has the absolute worst customer service of any company I’ve ever bought a vehicle from out of the 15 cars I have ever purchased they have absolutely surpassed the lowest of lows in my experience. I would never ever ever recommend buying a vehicle from them absolutely insane the treatment from this company for the price of the vehicles they sell. What a complete change in my opinion of them over 72 hours. Went from one of the most exciting and happiest purchases to a total regret in no time. I see why their customer service reviews are at 2.3 stars. Stay away from them DO NOT buy one ever! 150% worst experience with a car ever after driving 7 hours to pick up my car because they couldn’t deliver it in time for the free 2 years of supercharging (it was late and dark when I picked it up) I look at it in the daylight and the wheel has curb rash all over. Knowing I didn’t hit anything I made a call and guess what they knew about it the whole entire time and never told me. When I asked to have it repaired, they might as well of told me where to put it and said it was no big deal I could go down the street and pay $250 to have it refinished on my dime!!! What a crock of **** 45k on a car that’s damaged and I’m expected to pay for a repair less than 24 hours into the purchase! I am warning you to stay away from them as a manufacturer, dealer, company! Like I said I can’t believe the treatment of this company! If you buy one you’ve been warned!

ONLINE ORDER- WRONG ORDER- TWICE! I do not know what is going on with this company. They do NOT EVER pick up their phone or return calls. They don't even return my emails! I ordered two dresses at different times and I got two completely different dresses. I called over 5x and the option for returns on their phone line goes to a non working number. Seriously? On a side note, I buy so many of my dresses here it truly is a shame that their customer service is none existent. So sad

Have ordered a dress from there website for New Years party . When the dress came in it was wrong size. I called and emailed them million times . No answer. Went to store in person during business hours, door was closed. I have send dress back for exchange and never got a dress back. That was few month back. I do not understand how they stay in business with all the complaints. Horrible company to deal with. Stay away .

Wouldn't buy from this place if somebody paid me, don't give these pieces of s*** your money, and good luck returning a super overpriced dress, no refunds no exchanges, nothing. Whoever runs this place should be hung in public, worst customer sect I've I've ever dealt with, and shipping department is a f****** joke. Would give 0 stars if I could! Update...holt Miami charged my credit card $154 for some reason this past Christmas season and I never bought anything, thanks Holt. Luckily somebody robbed their store. Karma is a b**** you scumbags

This place is one giant Insta-scam. Trust me, the dresses you see on IG are NOT the ones you will receive. Puffy paint thrown all over the dress like a spiderweb. Funny thing about places that don't take returns or exchanges - THERE'S A REASON!!! The attached pictures were supposed to be for a white dress. It's nude mesh with paint that I literally could've made at Michael's with the help of my grandmas sewing machine. Disputing w/cc is really the only option. Unreal.

I have always seen Holt clothing and thought it was beautiful. I have a huge going away party coming up in 2 days so I chanced ordering a dress online from them in the size ive been for years. Not only could I barely get it up my hip, but the dress was a MESS. tanning stains everywhere, brown stains everywhere. pulls, snags, strings hanging out. What a disaster. Oh and this is a white dress too, cant really hide those brown stains on that!!! Cheap cheap quality will never order from here again.

The Manager Beth is a liar and did not keep her word with my order and is not willing to fix it. Also after a month plus of trying to have the owner Elisea Holt Fenster call me so we can rectify the situation I am still waiting for a phone call, I think someone is intercepting the e-mail to Elisea. Do not do business with this store....Bad Business.
