I was stranded on the side of the highway for almost two hours after another towing company claimed they were sending a driver but never showed up. They kept putting me on hold and never gave me any updates. I was stressed, stuck, and honestly didn’t know what to do next.
I decided to call Broward Towing, and the difference was night and day. They picked up immediately, were professional, and sent a driver right away. Jake, the driver, showed up in less than 20 minutes. He was friendly, respectful, and knew exactly what to do. He got my vehicle loaded quickly and safely, and he made the whole situation way less stressful.

“I can’t say enough great things about Transmission Pro Total Car Care! They replaced the transmission in my 2022 Ford Bronco and absolutely knocked it out of the park. From start to finish, the entire job took about 3 days total, which was incredibly fast considering the size of the repair.

“I booked the tow truck the night before. John, who took my call was kind enough to schedule a timely pickup and the price was very fair. I had called other towing companies whose prices were insane. That said, Charlie, the tow truck driver came earlier than the time he was supposed to be here. A very nice gentleman, who was pleasant and very kind. He got the car hooked up and we rode off as I had to get the car back after it got fixed. The trip to the shop was pleasant as both of us had a very nice conversation on the way.
