I've been a long time customer with UPS Stores, and last year moved my mail box from another store. Yesterday I had a slight problem with an employee. This morning, the owner called and was extremely concerned and rectified the situation. I wish more businesses would take the hands on approach.

Typically mail out packages at this location. The staff is great! What normally costs is 20-30 dollars in shipping was 67.00 a few days before the holiday. We asked for the cheapest delivery and was told it was ground... It got there in one day.... how is that possible? I suspect foul play... They tell you it's ground and charge you double because of " the holiday season" and ship it air... Merry Christmas!

These guys are the absolute best! Jason and Emiliano are friendly, kind, and super-efficient. I no longer go to any other UPS store, even if I have to go out of my way. Thank you UPS store 5500!!!

BE CAUTIOUS WITH THIS STORE SPECIFICALLY DO NOT DO NOT GET MAIL BOX THEY CHARGE VERY HIGH PRICE THAN ANY OTHEY COMPANY PLUS THEY THROW YOUR MAIL IN TRASH AND THEY SEND BACK YOUR PACKAGE INTENTLY IF YOU CHALLENGE THE HORRIFIC MANAGER.

Horrible customer experience. I was at the store on Saturday, Oct 28 between noon and 1 pm. The man that was "helping" (I did not see a name-tag, and he refused to answer any questions), was extremely rude. As I walked in to the store, there were 2 people helping 2 customers. As soon as one of them freed up, he walked away without saying a word. The other person was new (based on what she said), and continued chatting with another customer. No one seemed to notice me. I continued waiting as I just wanted to mail my items and go on with my day. When the clerk finally came back, he was on the phone, agitated, and continued being extremely rude. Every question I asked, the answer was at me not to me. I finally confronted him and asked why he is being so rude... long story short - he didn't have the response, and refused to provide services to me. When I asked for a manager's contact information, his response was from the back, since he walked away again: "figure it out".

I had the worst customer experience. Bryant was not in the mood to help. They told me to go to the computer. Then I had to ask for the code. Bryant didn’t help at all. The other two ladies working were fine. But Bryant was so rude and then charged me without discussing the cost. Just rang it all up and expected me to pay to return my Amazon return. No one really helped. And Bryant was sarcastic and rude. I will never use any UPS store ever again. Rude, hidden charges, and forcing me to buy a mailer. I called Amazon and they gave me a credit on my account. So Amazon is great. And the UPS store in Dania Beach is garbage. Better training needed. Bryant does not understand empathy. Maybe some customer service training would do some good.

Just left the UPS store to return an Amazon package had to worse experience, very rude and unprofessional. I got there before closing time by a couple minutes. Normally when I return an Amazon package The package return code is scan but I guess at UPS is that different which that’s OK. The associate Bryant was not willing to help and was very sarcastic. He made like the printer was shut down. The cash register was shut now could not provide me a receipt for anything. Poor customer service.
