This was the last night on my move from Saratoga Springs, NY to Dania Beach, Fl. My apartment is located on Dania Beach Blvd. this Wyndham location was very close and convenient. I had my 2 dogs and 2 parrots with me, it was great to have a restaurant and full bar onsite so I did have to leave the hotel, most pet friendly hotels don’t. I was also impressed because most pet friendly hotels ask for a range between $100-$200. Pet fee. Wyndham never asked me for a dime, or charged me to park my car in their garage. The staff was professional , courteous, and helpful. The rooms were spacious, tile floors & super clean. Beautiful pool. I notice Spirit Airlines crew stays there, they had their own sitting room on the first floor. I give this hotel 5 stars ⭐️ I highly recommend staying there & I will recommend it to my out of town friends coming down this winter for horse racing at Gulfstream Park. I didn’t take photos of the hotel I wish I did but here are my pets that were guests of the Wyndham Garden FT Lauderdale. Libby, Jewel, Nala and Buddy. Thank you Wyndham for making my last evening of 4 days of exhausting traveling a relaxing one.Kim B

Rooms was very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. Great location. Went to a concert at the Dania Beach casino and stayed the night there. Was only two minutes to the casino. Staff very pleasant and hotel very clean. Highly recommend.

Great place clean and well taken care of but they are quite ridiculous on breakfast, 12 bucks for the buffet and I was 2 minutes past the closing time and they absolutely wouldn't allow me to get a plate even offered at 5 dollar tip to get a plate for the road. Otherwise great. Pool is closed promptly at 9pm and a bike lock is used to secure the door. Pretty sure it's against fire code but ok. Baby cockroach found on table in room.

I was on the seventh floor, spacious and clean room. There was no outside noise that could be heard and I slept well. The bed was super comfy. The morning shuttle service was on time and efficient. Thanks for a pleasant

We stayed the night before an early flight. Some airport hotels can be iffy, but this one was very clean. Courteous and helpful staff. Their shuttle drivers even went out of their way to ensure we got something we left in the van.Rooms: Very clean.

I stayed at this location this past weekend and I was extremely pleased UNTIL checkout. They guy at the counter was extremely RUDE, DISMISSIVE and UNPROFESSIONAL towards me. When I asked for a manager he told me none was there (which was not true because while I was waiting in line a lady in a blue blazer came to speak to him I reference to something and I can tell she was most likely the manager.) I also ask for his name to which he repeated the question as to be thinking of a response and proceeded to tell me his name is Sam. I did take a picture of “SAM”. I am a travel nurse and I was staying there until my assignment opened up and was even going to tell the agency if they can transfer me there but after my checkout experience, it left a nasty taste in my mouth. I do not appreciate being over looked and spoken down to. Then when it was my turn he skipped right to the couple who was after me and said he didn’t see me. When he was already rude and dismissive towards a me when I asked my initial question. He yelled at me and said I”m dealing with them. Then skipped over me. When I brought it to his attention he proceeded to ignore me and commence to still check out the couple and totally ignored me. He then processed me and moved on to the next couple. I was not finished. I asked him his name and he said. “I am dealing with them now” I was embarrassed, and did not appreciate the treatment I received at all… Other then that I had a wonderful experience. The young lady (African American) who checked me is was extremely polite and professional… The room was clean and the crew on the floors were so nice.

It’s a great hotel for the price. Located 4 min away from the airport. 10 min away from the beach. Short drive to the restaurants and stores. Rooms are small, but clean and modern. Coffee machine was dirty, water was white from it. Parking is free but hard to drive to and long way back to the hotel.

This is our second time at the Wyndam in Dania Beach. Everything was great! We really appreciated the early check in so we could enjoy the entire day. We had no issues with the shuttle bus. The rooms and lobby are always in pristine condition. The staff are always very friendly and very accommodating. We had dinner there one night and my husband said the fish there was actually better than the Fish grill down the street, which is really saying something because their food is outstanding! If you are going on a cruise or in the neighborhood I highly recommend this hotel.Rooms: Rooms are very clean!Nearby activities: Fish grill is literally 30 seconds down the street, there is also a casino about 10 minutes away.Safety: We felt very safe.Walkability: Everything you need is in walking distance. If you want to visit Aventura mall (my favorite) just get an UberFood & drinks: Food was excellent!

There was a leak in our room, and Cindy at the front desk took care of it immediately. Location is convenient, it's near the airport. Gave only 3 stars because the male (i dint get his name) in the front desk was so rude & sarcastic.

Easy and fast check in. We were able to make arrangements for our transportation for the following day to the cruise ship at the kiosk near the check in desk. ($15.00 per person)All of us had clean rooms. We had 3 bedrooms. The rooms were all modern with up to date furnishings, comfortable beds, warm swimming pool and friendly staff. There were a few places to eat that were walking distance, I like to try local cuisine and beers.Walkability: Not many people are walking around. Our family of 10 were the only people in the street during breakfast and dinner time. The restaurants were packed.

Just don't. Frequent traveler here. I've stayed in places from Ritz Carltons, to huts in Africa. This was just about one of the shabbiest, most run down hotels I've seen in the US. I just cannot comprehend the good reviews.First: upon entering if you are planning to use park and stay, be careful if you actually value your car. The parking spaces are VERY narrow. I'm a petite, 5'2" woman who couldn't even open her door all the way without touching the car next to me. I have a nice car so this made me question whether I could even feel safe staying here.Second: Most of the parking spaces are not covered. If you're staying during the Florida rainy season, and don't mind your car being pelted by rain and everything else while you're gone, then you're fine. If you prefer to keep your car in a covered space, you're out of luck.Third: The area is just terrible. As a single woman, I was frightened for my safety and would not recommend stepping outside the hotel. If you're only staying for a night or two I suppose you'll be fine, but don't expect to be able to go anywhere other than to the airport/cruise port or your car.Fourth: The hotel lobby smelled. It was pungent, heavily bleached and had a very strong fragrance. Maybe it's just me with sinus issues but I immediately felt my head start pounding. It was gross. Since you can't go outside, you're sort of stuck inhaling whatever it is they are pumping in the air.Fifth: Woman at the front desk was one of the most unfriendly people I've ever met. I always try to speak kindly and empathize with service workers so I ended up just giving up instead of dealing with her further and resorting to her tone. There are some people who just shouldn't work with the public and she was one.I ended up leaving and not staying the night if that tells you anything. Since they wouldn't refund me, I ate the $100 and decided it was better than staying there. Will legit never stay at a Wyndham again due to this experience. Terrible.

I checked into the room at 7pm and was supposed to be checked in to a suite but was checked in to a standard room. Once I advised the front desk of their mistake they gave me a connecting room that had an additional sofa bed and that’s all. There wasn’t an extra bathroom and no linens available for the sofa bed. I had to call the front desk again to ask for linens. Linens were brought to the room. At this time I began to open the sofa and there were food crumbs, stains, dirty hair, and a very nasty smell on the mattress and cushions of the sofa bed. I told the front desk and they said they could have housekeeping come clean it but by this time it was 9 pm and we were too tired to wait for someone to come clean. This should’ve been done before I arrived and inspected before I checked in. We just didn’t end up using the sofa bed. The bathroom only had 2 of everything and I checked in with 4 people. This experience wasn’t pleasant at all. I only stayed one night and that was enough. Wouldn’t recommend and if you do stay make sure to check sleeping and living areas. I attached some photos for reference. I gave it two stars because staff was attentive and the pool was nice.

The hotel was clean and the beds are super comfortable. The view out our window was that of the parking garage so we didn't really keep our window open. Not much privacy. My husband got free breakfast which was a huge blessing. The hotel is in walking distance from some restaurants and stores which was great. Super close to the airport. Staff was alright. I was worried we were going to miss our plane due to the shuttle being late, but everything worked out just fine.
