Had a bad experience at this 7/11 today at around 3.30 this afternoon
Went to purchase two mega millions tickets for Fridays draw and claim back winning tickets
I told the cashier I wanted two tickets which I repeated clearly
The cashier went ahead and printed 10 mega millions tickets
I handed him $10, which was the price of two mega millions tickets
Then an argument started over $50 which the cashier insisted I said 10 also stating everything is on CCTV he is free to check the footage I said two tickets
He went on to say that the tickets can’t be cancelled throwing my money back at me saying he’s not going to sell me a ticket so I went so went and bought tickets at a different store
Just thought I’d brought bring this up in case this has happened to other customers. It’s not the customer experience you expect will not return

Terrible products. Bought tobacco products twice on my vacation there. First time the man was nice enough to let me choose which one because of issues in faulty products. The next day I went to get a product, paid $8 and half the products was damaged.. I simply asked if I could trade it for another one. But the “manager” told me that it’s illegal for them to take back tobacco products. BUT IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL TO EVEN SELL DAMAGED PRODUCTS. they told me to write to the brand complaining, listen I’m on vacation but they expressed to me that that’s not the first time and that they had products in the back that were damaged. Working in retail I know if we receive damaged products you’re allowed to send them back with complaints SO IT DOESNT KEEP HAPPENING. So they know the products are damaged and still sell them. Anyway I came on to see how many stars this location has and it EXPLAINS ALOT. The heavy set “manager” was rude and the employee “from Philly” knew of the damaged products and how “they suck”(in their words) and still sell them and make no complaints to vendors. Hey yall stars aren’t going to go up unless you start listening to ppl. Ashame this 7/11 is in between resorts and stuff and customer service is trash. I wish I ran into the Tabitha lady everyone is talking about. Because customer service says a lot about a place.

I go to 7-11 before work everyday. I work weekdays overnight at a local vacation resort. The 7-11 @ 3141 Ronald Reagan Blvd Davenport FL is the one I choose because of their employee Tabitha. She is there most of the days I work. If she isn't there, I turn around and walk out because there are 3 other 7-11s on my way to work that have vastly lower prices. I choose this store because of Tabitha and her customer service. Some months ago I stopped in this store after not having been in for a while because I had changed resort locations. She not only remembered me but my name as well. She is always friendly, kind and compassionate. A bright spot on my way to work and we all need that. She's the only reason I frequent this store at all because as I mentioned before, the prices are exorbitantly higher than the surrounding 7-11s and they are all near vacation resorts. I wish she worked more overnights during the week! Thank you Tabitha for the excellent service ☺️

A very typical gas station. Some areas were somewhat unclean. I didn't see any staff on-site. I used the self-service option, which was just fine.

This place was so nasty it’s not even a joke. I came here with my kids and one of them almost ate a rat!!! Like what the hell is a rat doing on the floor. After that we saw rat poop near the chip isle??? Like cmon do better.
