“Huge shout out to Jacob S. in the television department over the weekend. He was extremely helpful in educating my wife and I on a few different model televisions regarding different features etc. . In fact, his knowledge made us comfortable enough that we went ahead and completed the purchase during the visit.The reason for 4 stars are the other two employees in the same department. I tracked them down while they were engaged in a personal discussion only to feel that I had bothered them. I was given a 4 word explanation on the difference in tv models. Had Jacob not helped I probably would have purchased the television elsewhere.Best buy Jacob was the saving grace for this location on the day I visited.”

“10/10 recommend this place!! Our refrigerator went out at home and we needed a replacement ASAP. This place had GREAT inventory, GREAT, reasonable prices!! The owner was incredibly nice! He let us borrow his appliance dolley and offered to help book a truck to get the fridge taken care of (since we couldn’t wait for the next day delivery) . Will definitely be going back as we upgrade our appliances!”
