We stopped in today for help with my son’s phone and want to give a HUGE shout out to the team for taking such great care of us (Brad & Vic)! Brad thank you so much for making everything easy for us! Thank you for being so patient with us, helping us decide which phone to get, helping us with the screen protectors and of course, the great deals on the phone and accessories! We’ve never had this enjoyable of an experience getting a new phone (which we really hadn’t even planned on)! We are so grateful we stopped in and thankful for Brad and his team! We definitely will come back to this location! And of course, my son is thrilled with his new phone (iPhone 15)! Thank you for everything!

I have been to many AT&T stores both here and in New York and this is by far the best store I’ve ever been to. Gabe was absolutely phenomenal with helping my wife and I and our plan. He explained everything clearly, looked for every way to save us substantially. I highly recommend this location as Gabe and his staff are knowledgeable, personable and extremely patient and caring. He took the time to answer all of my many many questions and went above and beyond in every aspect. There are a few stores around here that I do not like for MANY reasons but this store makes me proud to be a loyal AT&T customer. Thank You to everyone at this store. Once again I cannot recommend this store enough.

The service was terrible, I went because I needed equipment for my children and they made us feel like fraudulent or fake people, a salesperson told the person serving us to move the equipment away from the table where we were sitting, and the supervisor was even worse, since his despotic and indifferent attitude left a lot to be desired. I asked him for something simple, alcohol to clean my baby's hands and he completely ignored me, of course he didn't give me any, he just ignored me. The worst experience we have had with this company, I do not recommend it at all.

Had to go in today to replace my phone, the whole team here is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I didn’t catch everyone’s name but Bradley was who primarily worked with me. He and Vic worked to set up my new phone quickly and were entertaining and sociable while waiting for everything to sync up. If you need a new service provider or are an AT&T customer already, drop by and these guys will take great care of you!

Gabe helped me upgrade my phone yesterday and the experience was a 10/10. He was attentive and patient as we went through the process. And even took the time to make sure my phone details were getting transferred properly. This will definitely be my go to store for all future purchases. Gabe is the best….even if he is a Giants fan. #GoEagles
